Sleep comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen in the loft, and a pull-out sofa. Oversized vehicle and trailer parking available on a first come, first serve basis. This great 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen, covered porch with BBQ gas grill & table, air conditioning, TV, WiFi is located at the base of the beautiful Book Cliffs. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Besides being close to Moab, Arches & Canyonlands National Parks, we are a few miles from 4500 year old Indian painting, and the ghost town of Sego. ATV riding is at your doorstep. We are 3/4 of a mile from Exit 187 on I-70 with a gas station and convenient market at the exit. 5 star reviews

Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.

Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.
