Casa bellissima e fornita di tutto e splendidi oggetti di design! Una bellissima location dove poter prendere una pausa e riempirsi gli occhi e adatta per le famiglie! Comodissima la posizione per visitare la città a piedi e dimenticare la macchina anche nel comodo parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi! Esperienza consigliatissima!

La maison est top, propre et bien équipé. Vraiment idéal pour les grandes familles. Stefano est très sympathique et réactif. Je recommande vivement.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Cristina's beautiful penthouse in the city center of Bologna. The apartment is perfectly situated, just a short walk from all of Bologna’s major attractions. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with elegant décor that made us feel right at home. The rooms under the roof were cozy and full of character, and the terraces were a lovely spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The entire space was peaceful, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night after our adventures. Cristina and her daughter were wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided us with great assistance during check-in and check-out, and even helped us with the car entry pass for the city center—super helpful! Bologna itself is a gem, with a vibrant, joyful atmosphere, and we truly loved experiencing the local way of life. We can’t wait to return and would absolutely stay here again.

We were so grateful for Dario’s help during our stay over Easter. He and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible and even ordered our takeout for us as there was a language barrier. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family of 10. The set up of the rooms was perfect for a girls room and a boys room where the cousins could spend quality time together and make memories to last a lifetime. The train is close by and takes 23min to get to Venice. What a beautiful day we had there! Thank you to Dario and family for welcoming us so kindly!

A wonderful stay in this well equipped, traditionally furnished apartment in a peaceful area with all you need close by and that view! 😍 Very good communication throughout. Christine met us off the Alilaguna. Arrived early but could leave our bags and take the keys which really helped Milk, juice, water and small cakes had kindly been provided. Lots of extras in the cupboards too including olive oil, tea and coffee. No clothes storage in the twin room but there’s a wardrobe in the hall outside. Wall mirrors in the bedrooms would’ve been useful but we managed with others. It’s walkable to all main attractions but you will do an awful lot of steps getting around! We relied on Google maps for directions. We visited Verona, Murano and the stunning Burano. Christine gave recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Al Muro San Stae nearby had fab service, quality of food and house wine and the best pizza I’ve ever had! A great weekend in a great apartment

Appartamento bellissimo in centro a Ravenna con una terrazza meravigliosa per la colazione e la cena. Casa comodissima con tutto ciò che serve. Valore aggiunto e’ la piccola gastronoma nella corte, gestita da Sara e Cristiano, ottima per uno spuntino o per acquistare prodotti tipici emiliani. Siamo stati benissimo anche grazie all’ospitalità e consigli di Cristiano e Sara! Super consigliato!

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

This apartment was an unexpected find in Venice. The floor plan allows for privacy and noise is not an issue. The kitchen is very large and well stocked and there is a dining area big enough to seat everyone. The decks and living room allow everyone to be together or split into smaller groups. Located near the Rialto Bridge with many restaurants and access to shopping and transportation. Exceeded our expectations.

It would s difficult to say what we liked best about Elizabeth’s Airbnb. Great value for Venice!!! The location is perfect for a quiet escape from the crazy venice crowds. But it is very close to several wonderful plazas, big and small to relax, eat and drink in. Near the boat station makes it very convenient. The apartment is spotlessly clean and spacious. It has a fresher look since the photos were taken. Everything you need for a short stay. If stairs are a problem, obviously this is not the place for you. But if not enjoy the view of the local neighborhood. Elizabeta was responsive, helpful and friendly. We loved our stay!

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Wir haben sehr schöne, interessante Tage in Venedig verbracht. Es war zwar zum Teil etwas kalt. Parterre-Wohnungen in Venedig sind wohl alle leicht feucht, was bei kalter Witterung besonders unangenehm ist. Wir waren dankbar, dass Andrea auf unseren Wunsch, etwas mehr zu heizen eingegangen ist. Die Wohnung ist im übrigen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt sehr gut. Wir können sie sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Massimo. Celui-ci nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous a donné de nombreux conseils avisés pour découvrir Venise. Son appartement, propre et fonctionnel, est idéalement situé: facile à rejoindre depuis l'aéroport , il est également proche de nombreux sites touristiques, accessibles à pieds. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Massimo, en plein coeur de Venise! Merci beaucoup.

Marco war unser Ansprechpartner. Wir haben alle Informationen mit Bilder, Beschreibung, Regeln vorher bekommen. Er war einfach per Whatsup erreichbar. Das Haus/die Häuser sind schön, der Garten ist wunderbar, auch für unseren Hund war erholsam🙂. Venedig mit dem Bus sehr einfach erreichbar.

Great sized apartment in a great location. Was great to have 4 bedrooms for 4 guests. Walkable to all the major tourist attractions and very easy to get to train station by water taxi or walking

Excellent séjour. Le logement correspond aux photos et est bien équipé. Le mobilier est un peu vieillot, mais tout est fonctionnel et c'est largement suffisant. Machine à laver et fer à repasser, ce qui est bien utile pour les séjours un peu long. On nous fournit linge de maison, la lessive, de l'huile, du sucre, du café, des condiments, bref, tout ce dont on a besoin et qu'on ne peut pas traîner avec soi. Le quartier est top. C'est très animé, plein de petits bars (dont certains très bien notés), restos, pizzeria, boutiques, mais l'appartement étant légèrement en retrait, c'est calme et on dort bien. L'étage élevé (avec ascenseur !) fait qu'on a une vue magnifique sur les toits environnants. C'est très ensoleillé. Le vaporetto est à 400m. La communication a été parfaite. Marta nous a donné toutes les infos nécessaires à notre séjour (paiement des taxes de séjour, téléchargement des QRCodes d'exemption de droit d'entrée). Super réactive, très sympathique. Nous reviendrons sans faute !

Wij hebben met onze 3 kids enorm genoten van de prachtige Agri turismo van Fabienne. Het is een heerlijke plek super mooi aangelegen heerlijk zwembad voor de kids en het ontbreekt aan niets. We komen zeker terug!!

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Cristinas traumhaft schönem Loft. Sensationell: das Interieur - kreativ und inspirierend, der Garten - magisch! Der Pool - gigantisch wie ein Freibad. Und immer top sauber! Danke Guiseppe! Der Ausblick? Wow! Die Lage: idyllisch - come in and calm down. Top! Super Restaurants und das altertümliche süße Städtchen Brisighella in weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Und drumherum? Tolle Landschaften, wunderschöne Städte, 1a Essen und super Locations. La dolce Vita. Und so viel Herz, Leidenschaft, Freude und Freundlichkeit - die Menschen der Emilia Romagna sind einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen immer wieder in diese wunderbare Region. Und natürlich zu Cristina. Sie ist nicht nur ein toller Gastgeber, sondern ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Ebenso wie ihr Pa und die gute Gartenseele: Guiseppe. Bleibt gesund und erhaltet euch diese Oase auf dem Hügel. Grazie mille per tutto. Und bis zum nächsten Mal. Wir freuen uns schon darauf.

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

Andrea et Vera sont des hôtes très accueillants. Lorsque nous avons constaté que l’ouvre-bouteille était brisé, Vera nous en a apporté un nouveau en moins de deux minutes. Leur réactivité a été grandement appréciée. L’appartement est impeccable, ce qui est pour nous l’aspect le plus important. Il dispose d’un stationnement privé à l’arrière de la maison, avec une caméra de sécurité. Le quartier est calme et sécuritaire, même pour une promenade en soirée. Pour visiter Venise, nous avons utilisé notre voiture pour nous rendre à la gare Mira-Mirano, située à seulement 3 km. De là, un trajet de 23 minutes en train nous a menés directement au cœur de Venise. Merci Andrea pour cette excellente recommandation!

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno con mia moglie e il cane nella struttura di Riccardo e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale . Spazi ampi , appartamento attrezzato perfettamente , giardino personale , ambiente amichevole ,.....come essere a casa . Anche Yuma ha apprezzato moltissimo :) ed è un posto in cui torneremmo volentieri . Grazie ancora a Riccardo e alla sua famiglia per tutto

This is the second time I have stayed at this incredible villa. Three of us in my party decided to return to share the experience with our families, and we were not disappointed. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and on top of everything. They were even helpful in setting up an evening with a private chef. The location is central to several very large northern Italian cities. It was an absolutely amazing experience that I’ll cherish for the rest of my life. PLEASE STAY AT THIS WONDERFUL PLACE!

Absolutely fantastic host, very friendly and professional. Baricella was stunning, very peaceful and most importantly we felt extremely safe. I cannot recommend Ylena and her beautiful home highly enough. Her home felt like a home away from home, beautifully decorated, with all creature comforts that one would expect from a five star Airbnb stay. I will be back again for sure. Thx Ylena.
