L'appartamento è a 15 min a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro storico, dove poter visitare i monumenti patrimonio UNESCO di Ravenna. Situato in una zona tranquilla e strategica, ideale sia per lavoro che per vacanza; servita da ristoranti, bar, supermercati e farmacia. Davanti alla casa è presente la fermata del bus per raggiungere il mare di Marina di Ravenna, Punta Marina o qualsiasi zona della città.

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). E' situato sia nel centro del paese che nel centro del parco del Delta del Po, diventato da poco Patrimonio dell'Unesco. Il mare è distante pochi kilometri (ca 10 min). Nella zona è possibile effettuare gite in barca. La casa mette a disposizioni 6 biciclette per escursioni nel boscone della Mesola e nelle numerose ciclabili della zona.
