The residence, built in 2002, is a typical example of Zagorian architecture, while the whole settlement is proclaimed traditional. The area attracts tourists throughout the year.

The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
