Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

This was a great location in close proximity to Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, and many other attractions in the area. The house was clean and comfortable and communication with Cindy was easy - we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

This was such an amazing experience! My husband and our pups stayed here for 4 nights and we didn’t want to leave! We felt right at home! We were right by downtown and there was so much to do and so many places to eat and have fun at! I would recommend staying here 100%!!! Gabby was such an amazing host we couldn’t ask for a better host! The Mountain views were incredible! Especially in the hot tub at sunset it was the most magical view! 10/10!! The space was SO clean and cozy!! The best part was it was very dog friendly and our dogs had the best time!! We will definitely stay there again if we’re ever back in Colorado! :)

I don’t know where to start. We were excited to stay at Karen’s place but the pictures don’t do it justice. The decor and detail that went into this space were thoughtful, cute and fun! My son loved the games and outdoor play items, both of our boys loved playing outside and enjoyed that they could use both the front and back yard freely. The honeysuckle and s'more's stood out to our oldest kiddo! I loved that one room could easily accommodate 3/4 people and although there were two rooms we opted to use one. My son wanted a family slumber party and it was super special in our stay. Karen offered us her membership to the Science Museum and although we didn’t have time to use it we thought it was above and beyond. We always appreciate when there is a washer/dryer and these were easy to use and functional. Provided was filtered water, some bottled water, oatmeal, popcorn and some fresh cookies-all of which were welcome and appreciated! These hosts have thought of it all. Highly recommend.

Lindsey was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and her house was perfect. It was comfortable and cozy with lovely decor, if we are back in the area I couldn’t imagine wanting to stay anywhere else. Perfect for any family or friend get-a-way!! 10/10

Met some friends for fun weekend. The place was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Chris was an excellent host, provided detailed directions on accessing the garage and check in process. The place is nicely decorated and well equipped, with great views and very quiet on our floor. Eloy is so friendly and gave us advice about the weather, made sure it wasn’t too hot or cold for we were in the upstairs apartment. Right under the gorgeous Trinidad sign The house is very old, but that’s what gives it character. Great place to pop in and out, very clean !

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! We will definitely be coming back here for our future stays! Annette provided a comfortable, clean, safe, absolutely adorable place to stay. She responded SUPER quick to all of our questions. She thought of every little detail that she added to the location to help it feel just like a home away from home! We stayed here with our kids and they had so much fun! We had dinner outside and the kids played in the pool all in the cute shared backyard area. Even with other renters there was not a lot of outside noise if any at all! Our stay definitely exceeded any expectations of what we expected!!! There was a HUGE storm that came through and she even reached out to check in and offered options incase we needed them!!! Thank you again Annette! Your space was a blessing to our trip!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was private, cozy, and perfect for a couple's getaway. The back patio was a highlight, with a wonderful hot tub that added to the relaxing vibe. Its proximity to the park was super convenient. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!

My friend and I had a very relaxing time in BB. I've stayed in BB before this location allowed me to visit near areas in BB. And it was QUIET and peaceful. It was perfect for the two of us to catch up and have a glass of wine in the hot tub. Melissa was so helpful, friendly and responsive.

Oh my goodness…what a place! As soon as we arrived, I was trying to convince my husband that we needed to buy land and put a cottage or two or three just like this! It was cute as ever with beautiful furnishings and the coziness that we were looking for on our lil’ birthday get-away! Each night we enjoyed grilling and then sitting around the chiminea. The ambiance is perfect with the strung outdoor lights. Thank you for hosting us! We would come back for sure!

Tony’s place was fantastic. It was a little over my budget but I’m very glad we decided to go with this cabin over Thanksgiving. It was better than the pictures. We kept the fire pit going from early morning to late at night and my kids couldn’t get enough of the hot tub. Just a short drive to anything that’s needed and tucked back in the woods where it’s nice and quiet. Was also a huge help that is was pet friendly! Would definitely stay again

My husband & I had had the pleasure of staying at the cabin for our honeymoon and we had the BEST time! We did not even have to get out much because there were so many games and different things at the cabin which made it to where we did not want to leave! Nicole was a great host and we will hopefully be back in the future!
