I couldn’t have wished for a better host or location, The Nest was truly beautiful and Jim Viola is the kindest most attentive and caring host I have ever seen. If I could rate this location and him as a host the amount of start I see fit, I’d say 100. I will absolutely be back to The Nest and I’ll be bringing my father with me to witness the beauty. I would never stay in any other place in Eureka Springs, I felt right at home and so much love all 3 nights and 4 days myself and my family stayed. WE LOVE YOU JIM!

We actually loved being on the edge of the rv park. The kids had room to run around and we never heard our neighbors. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was small but good. The living room did have tv/ internet lights which is where the bunk beds are but kinda work as nightlights for the kids. The recliners were awesome! Great responses from host. There aren't a lot of places to stay in the vicinity but this worked for us because we're outdoorsy, fish-lovin, laid back about a few ants etc.

This is my second time to stay at Derek‘s place. It will always be my first go to when traveling to Hot Springs. The location is very peaceful and private. This place is spotless. Lots of room to spread out. Very comfortable. Derek is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions or needs. I highly recommend booking this Airbnb. The location is just a short drive to any where you might want to go in Hot Springs.

We stayed in the Airbnb for a period of 5 weeks while our home was being renovated. It was such a beautiful house with a gorgeous view of Lake Dardanelle! It snowed almost a foot while we were there and it was so beautiful. Mike and Karin were such great hosts!

We loved the place! It was clean, had plenty of space, looked great! We were close to everything which was a good bonus. 10/10.

The Oz Landing was perfect! The floor plan maximized the space. The furnishings were beautiful and on theme. Everything was spotless and felt new. Amanda and her husband thought of everything! They even included extra linens, board games, sound machines, local recommendations and easy to follow instructions for all of their amenities and check in/out. This Air BnB is a 10/10!!

Such a great place in a great area. Was perfect for the week that I was there, lots to do nearby while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were friendly and very kind to me, would recommend to anyone looking for a spot in Little Rock.

My wife and I spent 2 nights here, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and unique, as well as being spacious and in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. The online pictures are accurate, and the nooks, DVDs, loft, books, and record player were all a nice touch. The apartment felt private, and the house is situated in a beautiful part of Little Rock. The hosts provided thorough check-in directions, although it was difficult at first to see the street address since we arrived after dark. Overall: a clean, spacious, and beautiful unit in a great location. South Main is a couple of blocks away and we enjoyed the shopping and dining options.

We had a great stay here. The area feels like you are further outside of town but is a short drive from delicious food coffee and things to do. Easy access to highways if you are looking to do some traveling outside of Fayetteville.

I had a very comfortable stay at the cozy getaway. The place was clean and very well maintained. Had just a small issue and Adiliene addressed it immediately. She also communicated with me with a brief cable outage. The property is located close to downtown Rogers where you will fine good restaurants and a ice cream shop yea! The information about the property is accurate in description and in a well established and safe neighborhood. The pricing is very fair to what you receive with the cozy getaway. I recommend if you are traveling on business as I was, or pleasure, being single or as a couple, you cant go wrong here. The host can make or break your stay at an Airbnb, and Adeliene has been wonderful to work with!

Spent a week at Robert’s place. It was clean and easy to access. It had everything anyone would need, situated in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Close to gas stations and restaurants and a reasonable distance from the Bentonville City centre. The backyard backs right onto the MTB trails which was perfect.

Suzanne was an excellent host! A great place to stay in a perfect location. Will definitely be returning to stay here again!

Michelle is as good as Airbnb hosts get! She was friendly, responsive, gave great recommendations, and even invited us out for a pontoon ride. Her property was so peaceful. The lake view from the sitting room, bathroom, and bedroom were phenomenal. There are tons of birds around (for the fellow bird lovers). We used her kayaks and paddle boards and had a great time with those. The inside was clean and stocked with towels, linens, and coffee. She even had a bath bomb out for us to use in her amazing clawfoot tub. Overall I felt it was a really great value for the nightly cost. This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever and I would definitely stay again!

The suite was beautifully decorated. The setting made you feel as though you were in a beautiful park with abundant flowers to admire. The location was very quiet and private. Ellen and her husband were very friendly. We will return next time in Jonesboro!
