Where do i start? Comunication with Juan was excelent. Check in was fast and simple, Awsome location. You can walk to the beach, to the restaurant, to the malecón. The malecón have a few locals spot to dance, kareoke etc. I loved Juan property, just perfect to relax, comfortable, very nice and crean. I recomend it 200%. Lo recomiendo 200%. Nos agradó los alrededores, el poder caminar al malecón, estar frente a la playa. La propiedad de Juan es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Ansiosos por volver.

This was my favorite place to stay while in Puerto Rico. It was peaceful, next to the water, and so spacious. The surrounding neighborhood is so beautiful. The hosts were so responsive and proactive in communicating for an easy stay. The home had everything we could possibly need. Next time I’m in Puerto Rico, I will definitely be staying here.

this place was fabulous! clean, comfortable, and right on the water. we enjoyed some genuine rest and relaxation against a beautiful ocean backdrop. john was responsive and accommodating. we enjoyed our time so much!

Host very friendly, all the pictures that were presented upon the rental of the house was as it was when you walked in the doors. Loved the bicycle theme it was beautiful. House was spotless, clean, well organized. Strongly recommend this beautiful house. When I come visit the island again which I know for a fact I will I will be staying here again without a bought. most beautiful and exceptional homes I've ever stayed in. The entire house was spotless, and every room, bathroom, kitchen was fully stocked with everything. Even my brother, who has stayed at many Airbnbs, said he had never seen a place so thoughtfully and thoroughly prepared. It was clear that the host put a lot of care into every detail. Also grateful for all the amenities: fishing rods, kayaks, beach toys, life vests, and even small but thoughtful items like insect repellent and sunblock—everything was there! But the absolute highlight of this house is... the amazing terrace balcony right inside the home. You can spend all day there fishing, eating, relaxing—it’s like having your own private paradise. And the sunset view from the balcony is simply magical—an unforgettable moment that you won’t find anywhere else. The ocean is peaceful and private all day long, yet just a short drive away, you’ll find restaurants and grocery stores forconvenience. I highly recommend this place!!

Nos encantó todo, el lugar es muy cómodo y todo estaba muy limpio. Tienen de todo en la cocina. Los alrededores son tranquilos. Llegamos en medio de un apagón en toda la isla y en la casa cuentan con sistema de placas solares lo cual para mí fue un éxito. Volvería a quedarme 💯

As a local, I can’t recommend this place enough. You don’t find peace in the mountains like this. Peaceful. Private. Has everything you need. Close to exceptional restaurants. And not far from the beach (Salinas). It’s a slice of heaven worth visiting.

It was exactly what I needed to unplug and recharge 💞 amazing views (rain or shine). Absolutely beautiful. Peaceful. Private. Had everything we needed to not need to leave the house during our stay. Pictures are absolutely accurate but even then, don’t do the place justice. 1000000/10.

Great location to the center of town. Lots of cute little restaurants and bars. 2 playgrounds within walking distance. The one in the center is more updated. Small beach area across the street but some really nice beaches about 20 minute drive. The house itself is perfect. 3 bedrooms. Nice kids room with large bunk bed. Hosts provide beach chairs. Nice accommodations!

Leiza is very approachable and service-oriented, ensuring that guests feel comfortable during their stay. Definitely, it is a place where I would host my colleagues from Mexico and the Dominican Republic again, as they had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. For Alpla Caribe, ensuring our colleagues feel comfortable is a priority, and at Adriana's Guest House, it is definitely a place where we would host our visitors again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The place was absolutely spotless—I could walk around barefoot, and it smelled fresh and clean the entire time. I was initially concerned about GPS issues, but I had no trouble at all using Google Maps or Apple Maps to find it. The location was perfect, and the space was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. The outdoor area was stunning, overlooking the mountains, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Although I don’t speak Spanish, the hosts spoke perfect English, which made everything even easier. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ¡Tuve una estancia increíble en este Airbnb en Puerto Rico! Brandon was helpful and always responded asap to all of my questions. We didn’t have a lot of time at his house as it was just a quick stop over for us but he answered all my questions and when I had trouble with the gate he immediately responded. I had to pull the lockbox out not up. He went out of his way to accommodate my check in and check out making my travel smoother. We were so grateful there was coffee and water. All of the bedrooms are the same size and style and include AC and TV. The house gets damp without the AC so be careful on the tile floors my son slipped. I felt the property was private and safe. There are kitties that wanted to chill with us outside be careful not to let them in. Wish we had more time to explore the highway and rivers.
