Welcome. Situated in the Surrey Hills village of Shalford, the Barn is located off the A248 and is a stones throw from the Wey & Arun Canal. The Barn has recently been converted and provides comfortable living space and a upstairs bedroom. The Barn has all the modern amenties. Shalford Village includes two pubs, a village shop, Snooty's Cafe, Barbers, Boots, Post Office, Wine shop and a beauty parlous. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
