We had a great stay at Benjamin’s house. Comfortably accommodated 7 adults and 4 children. Benjamin’s communication was excellent throughout. The house is lovely and the photos don’t do justice to the amount of space. Very well equipped. Bakewell town centre is under 5 minutes walk away. Playground and pub also very close. Located on a quiet cul de sac with enough space on the drive for three cars. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful Airbnb. Absolutely loved Charlesworths. Location was excellent for us and the area felt lovely and almost village like. We ate at The Peacock on the first night and joined in their quiz night. Now wins, but great fun had, with lovely food. The accomodation had everything we needed, and we all felt right at home. Would definitely stay again. 👌💯

Great place to spend a few days! Amazing location to The Ashes Barn wedding venue as well as lovely local parks. The accommodation was small but adequate, loved the porch area for all bags and dog stuff! Bedroom definitely big enough for a travel cot and a plus having a bath to clean the little one! Have recommended it to others already :)

Excellent property, very clean and Dan was always at the end of the phone for anything we required, including recommendations for the family trip. Highly recommended.

I only stayed at North Cottage for one night with my little dog as a stop over to Hertfordshire from Glasgow, but I wish I could have stayed longer. Communication from Claire with instructions prior to my arrival was spot on. The main property and grounds are beautiful. North cottage is spotless clean, warm, extremely comfortable with everything you will need. The cottage is also very private and peaceful. A lovely time was spent even though it was short. Thank you!

A great stay in a pleasant location - the property is easy to find, has straightforward, private parking & an impressively spacious footprint. The attention-to-detail of what is provided in the property is exceptional; essentially a full breakfast offering & an impressively-equipped kitchen in which I was able to prepare even a complex meal. Cleanliness was excellent & comfort levels high throughout.

The property is in a new build, so clean modern interior. Had most of what we needed and within easy reach of many places to visit. We booked to attend racing at Donington Park and it was an easy 25min drive. There is some road noise at night as close to a main road but they supply ear plugs which is helpful, unfortunately I am a light sleeper and hate ear plugs but that is more my problem, so I did get woken by road noise. We were comfortable and it was a really good base for our stay. The shower is lovely and whilst compact it was sufficient for what we needed, good for 2 adults. Very happy to recommend and the host are great and are very good with responding to communication.

Only our 2nd time using AirBNB so we are still new to it. Excellent communication from our host and caravan was in a lovely peaceful location on site. Site was well located for exploring the area and two excellent pubs within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Impressive pool, garden furniture and landscaping to make the most of the sun. Ideal location for touring local sites. Izzy and partner were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time here- the caravan was lovely, clean and modern with a nice play park for our toddler to play in. It is close to lots of attractions and great days out. Some lovely walks on the doorstep of the caravan as well. Michelle and Mark were wonderful hosts- very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We took up their recommendation and went to the bowling green restaurant which was brilliant and a nice walk down to Tissington village to the tea room. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay in Moreton - a family of 4 plus dog staying for a few days whilst visiting relatives nearby. Our dog was made very welcome, the girls loved the hot tub and everything was clean, comfortable and easy to use. Note also that there is a new shower fitted, so we had no issues with water pressure as mentioned in some earlier reviews. It is off the beaten track, but as a result is scenic and peaceful, so we liked it that way! Thanks very much, will visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse - the postcode took us to the farm, but the cottages were close by and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and there was plenty of space for 10. The kids loved the swimming pool and football field. Highly recommended.

Brilliant location, we stayed at Clover House before and after our wedding in Sheffield with a party of six. Very comfortable, spacious accommodation and the hot tub was lovely and well maintained. Also loved the goats and great space in the field for taking our dog with lots of walking available nearby. We also visited Matlock farm park 5 minutes down the road which was a big hit with our 3 year old niece. Overall great dog friendly house and location, and host available and responsive to queries. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

Amazing stay at the Chapel.. house was lovely and perfect for our little family staycation. Clean and everything you needed - perfect find. The pool was an added bonus… the kids did not want to go anywhere…. Thank you and will be back for sure!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is finished to a high spec and in a great area. there are plenty of dog friendly places to eat and drink within easy walking distance and we found the locals to all be very friendly and chatty.. our big dog is like a celebrity wherever we take him so that's always a conversation starter! For other dog owners - the yard is VERY secure and you can enjoy the sauna and hot tub without worrying about them. There are light coloured carpets in some rooms downstairs but I had read that on previous reviews so bought many blankets and towels to cover the floor where the dogs would walk and lie.our dogs wouldn't go to the toilet on the yard and the grassy area isn't enclosed from the owners area so we made sure we had them on a lead. Not really an issue but I didn't realise the garden wouldn't be enclosed..only mentioning it to help others. We didn't get to meet Scott but when I had a question he was always super quick in replying .will definitely be back

I was just as happy with this, my second stay at Emma's bungalow, as my previous stay The bungalow is clean, tidy, cosy and very well equipped for self catering It is a perfect location for me to visit family in Derby and I really like Belper itself Emma is very easy to communicate with and very responsive - she quickly came to my rescue with an apparent problem I had with the cooker! (the cooker wasn't faulty btw!) I hope to be stay here again and am happy to recommend to others

We recently spent two lovely nights at this beautiful secluded cottage. It was extremely clean, well appointed and cosy, with nice touches such as treats for our dog! Gemma was very welcoming despite being busy lambing, and we would love to return for another short break - highly recommended.

Lovely place, ideally located. Beds very comfy. Log burner was great and kicked out a lot of heat. Great pub a stones throw and a chippy. Nice touches with the bath salts and lovely smelling soap. DON’T forget your towels!

Our stay at the Grooms Lodge was our second and we're so glad we booked in advance to secure our Easter vacation here. Julie is a wonderful host who contacted us prior to arrival to check our ETA and to make sure everything was ready for our stay. The accommodation has everything we could need ie fridge, oven, kettle etc. The shower room is well speckled and very clean. Once we were parked on the private driveway we felt safe and secure letting our dog play and wander around the garden. Seeing the horses in the fields helps us to feel relaxed. Plus the canal is very close to the property so we enjoyed many morning strolls before joining our family for Easter celebrations. We both feel completely rested after our stay at The Grroms Lodge. This is our second time here and we have enjoyed every minute of it as much as the previous time!! We stayed here recently for a few days and it was a much needed break away. Eraine was once again a super responsive host!! The location of the cabin is so private and cozy and the surroundings are beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay we will definitely return!!

We loved it!! The accommodation was amazing, it was spotless, spacious, and so beautiful. It was well equipped with everything you need and we love the beautiful little welcome gifts of bread, butter, biscuits, dog treats and poo bags. The garden was enclosed which was great for our Cockapoo and the views were stunning. We loved it so much, we have booked to stay again in July!! :-)

We had the most amazing stay celebrating our little girl’s first birthday at this beautiful shepherd’s hut! Jill was so lovely and welcoming, she greeted us personally and even left a gorgeous hamper for us, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The hut was cozy, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing break. Our daughter loved every minute of her birthday holiday. One day, we took a scenic drive to Alton Towers—it's not far at all and made for a fun day out. After a day of walking and exploring, the hot tub was the perfect way to relax, and we also enjoyed a delicious dinner at The Old Hall nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make memories, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! Stacey, Joe & Baby Olive xx
