The Paradise Cove is a slice of heaven. Private, quiet, and clean. I intend to stay there again!

Sweet guest cottage in the mountains. Theme decor is very welcoming and comfortable. Gives rustic chic vibes. Feels spacious. Sofa bed linens and mattress pad made for a v comfortable place to sleep. Two bathrooms and ample hot water and towels. Up a steep hill, choose the one minute longer route up Possum vs Sunset road and it is not as twisty and steep. Probably not a walk to town kind of place due to the hillside perch but close enough that you wont mind the quick drive. We saw deer, bunnies and a bear in the neighborhood. Thoughtful host, lots of nice little touches (S'MORES!!!!).

Mary's place was amazing. she communicated throughout the whole booking. she informed there was no stores nearby to grab something from Walmart in the next city over. she also gave recommendations for restaurants and take out places in the area. we talked about how my kids are going to be spending Easter there with us and she got an Easter basket and filled up some eggs with candy on top of the welcome basket of goodies she already offered.

Nice stay just outside of Blowing Rock with close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and beautiful views of Grandfather and Sugar Mountains. Host is very responsive and made sure we had what we needed.

I absolutely loved my stay with Nancy. One of one host and experience. Stunning property! She was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. We had a wonderful time talking with her and learning about the area and her property. Her home was gorgeous and full of places to explore and things to do. I'll definitely be returning and taking pottery lessons next time!

This place was wonderful. The open kitchen and living room concept made cooking social and fun. There was tons of land for my dog to run around. Overall, it was a very wholesome trip. Thank you, Connie for your wonderful home.

We enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for a family of 4 and 2 grandparents. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. My only complaint was there were 6 of us and only 5 towels. We purchased another towel and all was fine. Overall a great experience and we would stay here again.

We had a short but great visit! The house was just as described. Everything we needed was there! Loved the scenery, and the cows were an added bonus! My daughter loved the pirate ship play area. We hope to be back again this fall!

We had a wonderful family weekend at Lazy Y Farm. It was like stepping back in time and was so cozy and nostalgic. We enjoyed hiking and seeing ponies at Grayson Highland Park on Saturday, sitting around the fire pit, looking at stars, and telling ghost stories that evening, then biking the Virginia Creeper Trail Sunday. We were so glad that we went despite the recent hurricane and did not have any problems getting around and having lots of fun! James was so easy to contact and provided everything we needed! We had a fantastic stay at this mountain house! The location by the river was stunning, and the privacy made it the perfect escape. The house was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and there was plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy. It was also great for the kids and our pets – they loved the open space and outdoor areas. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Incredible host, the most pet friendly location I have ever been. Fenced in yard the deck could also be closed. Complementary snacks, dog bowls, more towels than a target, and an incredibly comfortable bed.

My husband and I rented the property for long term. We were moving to Ashe County and stayed at the property while our property was getting ready to move on. Wendy was very accommodating to our needs. She answered any question or concerns we had in a timely manner. Wendy went above and beyond for us. The property is very nice and quiet with lots of different beautiful views. We made friends with the cows in the pasture across from us. There are 3 other properties and all the tenants that stayed in them were so super nice. Wendy really made our stay nice and comfortable

We had an amazing weekend at this property! It was an extremely cozy cabin with all the amenities you could hope for. Beautiful view of the mountains and a stone’s throw away from Boone/Blowing Rock/Banner Elk. The host Eddie was also super responsive and helpful during our time here. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Beautiful home deep in NC mountains! Spent a long weekend there with family and there was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Great outdoor spaces for the kids to play and adults to relax. Nights were cool enough to have a fire in the outdoor fireplace! Trails connect the house to the shared pavilion and pond which is beautifully landscaped and peaceful but no fish in the pond much to my nephew’s disappointment. Another steep trail goes all the way up to the top of the mountain with an amazing view! The town of Lansing and the terrain around the house has significantly changed due to Hurricane Helene but the house was not affected. It was a great Easter weekend!

Our stay was peaceful and serene, despite the dreary weather most days. Our kids especially enjoyed caring for all of the friendly animals and playing in the creek. We all loved climbing the tallest hill for the best view and pretending we were in a scene from sound of music. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. There was even a small sewing kit available in the bathroom that my wife used to repair a beloved stuffie for our four year old. The space was the perfect size for our family of six, with kids ranging infant-7yo. The location was perfect and accessible with our mini van and close to family in the area. We hope to stay here again someday!

We were just in town for a weekend soccer tournament, but staying at this place made it a quality weekend that felt like a retreat! We had a cozy, peaceful place to stay and be in between and after the games, comfortable beds for resting after two long days of travel and game play, and a quiet, peaceful environment. We will easily able to cook our own meals in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed beautiful mountain views. Hosts were kind and quickly responsive to our few questions. We loved our stay here!

We recently stayed at the Stargazer Airbnb while we were in town for MerleFest and visiting family, and it was absolutely perfect. The property is stunning — a beautiful, peaceful setting that felt like a true escape. The cottage itself was cozy, spotless, and had so many thoughtful touches, like towels for the hot tub, plush robes, and even a bottle of wine waiting for us. There were even supplies ready for making s'mores! The hot tub was a wonderful bonus, and we loved relaxing under the stars. The hosts were fantastic communicators and so accommodating throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Benjamin and Sommer for an amazing weekend!

We absolutely loved our stay!! The surrounding property is so beautiful! The cottage was very clean and we felt right at home immediately. The freshly baked loaf of bread and jar of honey Cathy provided was delicious- a lovely touch! Will definitely book again!!
