Enjoy peaceful nights in king-sized beds fitted with luxurious 500-thread-count sheets. Each en-suite features spacious dual showers, fluffy robes, and slippers for ultimate relaxation.

This delightful Grade II listed cottage nestling in the picturesque Peak District benefits from being only a few steps away from the village store, tearoom, 2 cracking pubs & Rafters restaurant ! Cycle on the Monsal Trail or walk in the stunning grounds at Chatsworth House, both are easily accessible and glorious views await. A visit to the nearby Bakewell to sample the infamous Bakewell Pudding, is also a must! Our aim has been to make The Bobbin, an extremely comfortable 'home from home' .

Pingle Nook Cottage, Ashford-in-the-Water Village.
This beautifully renovated and extended cottage in the heart of the Peak District is perfectly located in the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water. Exploring the Peak District attractions is ideal - with Chatsworth Estate, the Monsal Trail, Thornbridge Hall, Haddon Hall and the beautiful market town of Bakewell just a few minutes away. The stone built cottage, originally dating back to the 1800's, has been beautifully restored and modernised to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Leaside Cottage, Great Longstone, Bakewell.
Our lovely 18th century cottage was completely renovated to the highest standard in 2016 with solid oak fittings throughout offering guests luxury and homely accommodation. The cottage easily accommodates 3 people with one double bedroom with king size bed and one spacious single bedroom. The cottage has full central heating with radiators in all rooms, and under floor heating in the kitchen. For extra cosy nights there is also a log burning stove in a Derbyshire gritstone fireplace.

Riverview Cottage
Nestled on the river wye in what is widely known as the prettiest village in the Peak district River cottage has it all. One king size bedroom with en suite a double both with amazing views of the river and a single, it’s large family bathroom with jacuzzi style bath is perfect for a relaxing soak after a day in the peaks. Down stairs is a large dining room, lounge with gas fire and fully fitted kitchen but with the Tea room and Bulls head within 1mins walk you may not need it.

Joiners Cottage, Ashford in the Water, Bakewell
Joiners Cottage is a cosy 300 year old stone built cottage situated a hundred yards away from the River Wye in this delightful village. Joiners Cottage is full of character and has been lovingly renovated to maintain the character but we have added some 21st century luxury including a log burning stove for those cosy nights in! The village has 2 pubs, and the corner shop at the end of Church Street has been in existence for over 100 years and is an outlet for many local needs.

Self contained annex - Peak District riverside
A private, self-contained, en-suite annex, next to the River Wye, in a tranquil setting. Direct access to covered decking area & shared garden so you can enjoy the water, wildlife and countryside. Food prep area with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle & toaster. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

A beautiful, recently converted barn which was originally the Groom's Cottage. Newly renovated in 2018 this one bed, one bath cottage is set in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views and direct access across the owners' fields to a footpath which leads either down to the famously picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Separately available is The Coach House, next door, also new and sleeping 4 people in equal style.

Black Swan Cottage
This lovely cottage dates back to 1570 and is thought to be the oldest in the village. It is Grade 2 listed and has a wealth of beams and character. There is a great log fire in the cosy sitting room for those long winter nights. You can begin many walks into Derbyshire countryside from the door and plenty of pubs are within walking distance. The River Wye runs through the village - perfect for cooling that bottle of wine.

Monsal View Cottage
A beautiful space with exquisite views set at the iconic viewpoint of Monsal Head. This is the perfect base to really enjoy all that the Peak District has to offer- including the most epic view of all at Monsal Head and the Headstone Viaduct. ** Pets allowed on request ** Enjoy breathtaking views all to yourself in the mornings and evenings.
