Vakantiewoningen nabij een strand in Asprovalta

Wir kamen erst Mitternacht bei der Unterkunft an. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und gleich noch zu einer Gartenparty eingeladen zum essen und trinken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Küche top ausgestattet. Pool sehr schön und sauber. Gibt überhaupt nichts zum kritisieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pantelis was an excellent host. He was proactive and very kind. Communication with him was super-easy and quick. His place is well-equipped and peaceful, and only a 5-minute walk away from the great beach. Definitely recommended home!

The place is very nice with a great big terrace. We had towels, coffee, tea and a big bathroom. The location was also great, very close to the center and the beach.

The location of the apartment was great. Just a block away from the center square, but private enough to relax. The third floor balcony was great and the location made it easy to access the beach. Anna and Ioannis were very helpful and responsive to questions very quickly

If you find a wonderful place to stay in Greece, you are reading the right page. Great host, fantastic location and the views, close to the airport and a lot of lovely restaurants along the coast. We really loved the balcony, the TV which had a Netflix account and the little convenience store right downstairs. Highly recommend this place and definitely would stay again there!!!

Gemütliche Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Sehr schöner großer Balkon mit elektrischer Markise. Blick über die Stadt. Nicht ganz ruhig, liegt direkt an der Straße. Man hat aber alles in der Nähe und immer etwas zu gucken. Große Küche, in der ich aber einen Wasserkocher und einen Frapeemixer vermisst habe.

Even in the wintertime the apartment was perfect. Starting with a free parking place and easy check-in, you will have everything at your disposal. Me and my wife felt at home... a very luxury and well-designed one! We will be back for another child-free weekend... for sure.

Це було тихо і затишно, вид з вікна фото не передають. Також пляж дуже близько і він фактично для вас. Загалом в квартирі все було, щоб проживати і відповідає опису. нас було 5 і той хто спав у прохідній кімнаті страждав від скрипу дверей, також двері в дитячу не закривались і ними стукав вітер. Це маленьке село, тому без авто тут важко хоча можливо якщо ви на короткий термін і не потрібно супермаркету. Пляж і таверна дуже хороші і ціна там непогана. Захід у воду ту фантастика, пісок, немає каміння. Бачили дельфінів із балкону. Господарі дуже милі, допомогли нам добратись в перший день і врятували коли ми сіли на поганий автобус, дозволили нам веселитися пізніше. Загалом чудове місце для тихого відпочинку

A private, quiet, and fenced house with olive groves and grapes with direct and short access to the beach - a rare thing. A quiet sea, with almost no waves, beautiful for diving, it is highly recommended to enter with beach shoes due to sea urchins and corals. A small house that has everything. Beautiful sunsets. Nikoleta is very friendly and will answer all your questions. A supermarket is a 5-minute drive from the place. You can also buy fish and pastries next to it and eat at a restaurant. Don't forget about mosquitoes, perhaps it is also recommended to apply the preparations on the skin.

We hebben een daneasrifantastisch verblijf gehad in de villa van Alexander. Alexander is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. alles was aanwezig. iedereen had een eigen appartappartement en we ontmoetten elkaar in de gezamenlijke keuken/eetruimte buiten. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de afgesloten tuin met veel speel mogelijkheden. de zee was op loloopafstand en in de omgeving genoeg te zien en te doen. het was een hele fijne week met de hele familie.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

Joanna und ihre Eltern sind sehr nette und hilfreiche Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande des großen Rummels von Nikiti, was für Menschen, die nicht ständig im Zentrum des touristischen Hauptgeschehens sein wollen, sehr angenehm ist. Trotzdem kann man zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten den kleinen Supermarkt, Bäcker und die Restaurants erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig. Eine Klimaanlage ist im Wohnzimmer da. Damit lassen sich bei geöffneten Türen auch die Schlafzimmer kühlen. Der Kühlschrank ist groß genug für eine Familie. Geschirrspüler gibt es keinen. Das scheint in Griechenland nicht so üblich zu sein. Leider ist das Internet in Nikiti generell ziemlich schlecht und zu Stoßzeiten wird es auch über Mobilfunk ziemlich langsam. Insgesamt haben wir uns als Familie sehr gut untergebracht gefühlt und können die Wohnung empfehlen!

Το διαμέρισμα φαινόταν ωραίο από τις φωτογραφίες, αλλά όταν φτάσαμε πάθαμε σοκ!!! Ήταν όλα τέλεια, φοβερή διακόσμηση σε όλο το σπίτι, το παιδικό δωμάτιο ήταν καταπληκτικό με ποιοτικά παιχνίδια και έπιπλα. Εξοπλισμός για τα πάντα και όλες τις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Σπάνια πετυχαίνεις ένα τέτοιο σπίτι. Η Σόφη ήταν φιλική, άμεση και πολύ πρόθυμη στη φιλοξενία. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Το ευχαριστήθηκαν παρά πολύ τα παιδάκια μας αλλά και εμείς φυσικά.

The apartment was good. All 5 of us had space and did not felt crouded. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we did not used it but it is there if you fell like cooking. The beds were comfortable. The house is surrounded by a lot of green so is very cool compared with the outside temperature. There is also a large garden with a lot of shade. Even if it’s located near the national road and the main road to Nea Vrasna resort, the windows isolate very well. From the house to the beach is not so far, it took us around 5 minutes to reach the beach on foot at children’s pace. Maria was a great host. Very friendly and very receptive. The communication was perfect! We even checked-in earlier than the check-in time. All in all it was a great experience! Thank you, Maria!

Great place to stay on the beach. My family loved the quick access to the beach. It has all the things you need for a nice stay!

Katerina is very friendly and gives very precise instructions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and has everything you need. There is AC in every room (although the house is quite fresh in the summer and you won't need to turn it on that much) and also a TV in the living room and main bedroom. The house is really nicely decorated and you feel at home. You can see the sea from the kitchen window and in 2min walking you're at the beach. You have several supermarkets near you and lots of restaurants to choose from. You can go for long walks in Perea (which is very nice) or travel by boat to the historical part of Theassoloniki. I totally recommend staying at this apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

This was the best airbnb experience I've ever had!!! The house was clean and very close to the sea. Hara and her family are communicative and were very friendly from the start! They welcomed us very warm-heartedly and were always there to help. I talked to them everyday after swimming in the sea. Thank you Hara and Konstantina! You made our stay very special! I can't wait to come back!!!❤

In Anastassias flat there is everything available, that you need. Nice terrace for chilling, breakfast and dinner on beautiful days. It's also perfect for families. Kids beach toys available, when going to the beach just on the other side of the street. Restaurants and a supermarket available next door. Free parking right in front of the building.

George welcomed us like a true host. His english as well as Serbian is really good and we really had a great time at his villa. Only downsides - no baby bed mattrace and if you drive a low clearence vehicle you might have problems with the approach path to the villa. Recommended for people with kids since the backyard is big and the beach is perfect for them.
