The place is much better than described and i think its newly renovated because almost everything was new. They greeted us with a lovely white wine and there was plenty of bread butter jam and full pack of espresso among other coffee and tea. The Ac in each room and living room are brand new so as the fridge they even had brand new sheets and covers which we used only one cuz we felt bad opening the other ones since they are all new but panteli said we could use everything in the house.First the house literally has anything starting from emergency equipments fire extinguishers fire robe equipment medical kit and more so its perfectly safe they even have a big printed paper describing everything at the place. The place is on the highest hill of one of the hills in port rafiti so you need a good car we had a small car but if i would go again i would rent a bigger car The place is perfectly suitable for families up to 4 its close to nicest beach in athens called panorama

Een prachtig mooi huis, rustig gelegen op een half uurtje rijden van Athene maar dichtbij is een super gezellig plein met supermarkt en restaurantjes heel leuk! We werden ontvangen door de dochter van de eigenaar. Suoer aardig ze gaf ons tips en leidde ons rond. We hebben ons als een miljonair gevoeld echt geweldig. Prachtig zwembad, tennisbaan, zeer sfeervol, super groot alles ik er. Echt een hele mooie tijd gehad en het uitzicht is onvergetelijk! Deze hele reis en dit huis vergeten we nooit! Dankjewel!

I have to say that this is the most wonderful Airbnb stays we have had yet. Graciousness is the key word for Efi and her family, who greeted us at the door, gave a tour of the house, had the refrigerator and counter filled with welcome foods and drinks, even wine-- We toasted her and the family. The house is immaculate, and has tremendous "wow factor," enough to impress my teens! The home is comfortable, modern, cool, light, well-maintained, and again, Efi is a kind, welcoming and accomidating host. I cannot say enough good things about her, or her wonderful house. You cannot go wrong booking with her.

Lovely place in a quiet neighbourhood. The photos of the place is acurate. Nice and large swimming pool but too cold in April to use it. Both Mike and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. It is an advantage to have a car if you stay at this place. Plenty of restaurants and shops just 5 minute drive away (towards the sea).

Ελενη’s place was one of the most enjoyable AirBnb's we have stayed at. To begin, we received a warm welcome when we arrived with a tour of the home. We were instantly impressed by the generosity of the hosts with every essential provided and more (I mean everything you could possibly need and thoughtful additions). There were four comfortable bedrooms (we had great sleeps) - we had more than enough room for the six of us during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook and bake. There was a delightful balcony which we enjoyed. The neighborhood was peaceful with a fantastic grocery store just around the corner. The airport was literally 8 minutes from door to door by taxi. Public transit to and from Athens takes about 1 hour 45 minutes (two busses) but was enjoyable and scenic - you just have to be careful with timing since some busses are once every two hours in the evening. There are taxis and transfer services that you can use for quicker travel to Athens.

The house was fantastic, perfect for long stay. Kitchen was excellent for cooking. Everything is fresh and new in the house . Bed was very comfortable. Lovely big terrace. So many nice cats in the area. One of vic black cat came to visit us all the time very cute and friendly. The area is very peaceful it’s a great place if you want to be in the countryside and relax. I just had surgery and wasn’t able to drive for a week. And Vic drove me to a few places I needed to go. Him and his wife were very nice people, this is the best Airbnb I have been in Greece. You will feel at home here. Will definitely stay again in the future

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

Our 11-person group had a fantastic stay! A short drive from the airport revealed a breathtaking view that set the tone for our trip. The amenities were top-notch, exceeding all expectations and ensuring a comfortable stay. The house was more than just a place to sleep, it was a wonderful space where we often chose to relax instead of touring the countryside. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place! With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

Villa Sabia was a perfect Air BnB experience ! Villa Sabia is immaculately appointed and absolutely spotless throughout. The environment and experience is much more of a high quality home than a just a place to stay for holiday or business. It is easy to immediately relax and start to enjoy Varkiza and its surroundings. Varkiza has everything for a relaxing beach vacation, and the pool at Villa Sabia is excellent. It was difficult to leave the pool and journey outside some days ! Anna is a super caring and amazing hostess. It is clear that she is super proud of her property and really wants you and your guests to enjoy your stay in Greece as much as possible. Anna has lived in the area all her life and is very happy to recommend places to visit, traditional or modern restaurants, the best or some hidden beaches. I strongly advise discussing your plans with her to make the most of your stay. Overall a fabulous place to stay with true Greek welcoming experience. Thank You !

Christina is a wonderful host and such a kind and nice person. The house was amazing and clean, we were there with small children and everything we needed was there. We rented a car at the airport and in 20 minutes we were at the house. The pool and garden were perfect for ourselves and the kids as well. We will definitely come here again !

The place was for us, a small family with kids à paradise. We were amazed by the beautiful architecture, features and pool. Panos was extremely helpful with lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much to ask for. We will be back !!

Nous avons passé un long weekend inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison en Grèce. Tout était parfait dès notre arrivée. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos : spacieuse, propre, et décorée avec goût. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé pour offrir un confort optimal. Les chambres sont confortables et les lits très douillets. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la mer, et nous avons adoré prendre nos petits déjeuners en admirant le paysage. La piscine est un véritable atout, propre et bien entretenue, idéale pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visite. Les hôtes étaient accueillants et disponibles. La maison est parfaitement située. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité

Wir waren über Weihnachten in der Unterkunft. Zoe hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und die Wohnung weihnachtlich geschmückt. Auch sonst hat er auf alle Anfragen reagiert und geholfen. Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit genügend Platz, kurzem Weg zum Meer und dem kleinen Ort mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Zum Flughafen sind es entspannte 20 Minuten und bis zu einer günstig gelegenen Metro Station (Nomismatokopio) nach Athen sind es ca 40 Minuten. Ich könnte es mir auch gut für den Sommer vorstellen.

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

We had the most wonderful time. The villa is so beautiful and spacious. We had all we needed to cook and have a bbq. Lovely fresh linen and towels. The pool was lovely and private. Hammock was a great bonus. Views were beautiful and very easy to find from the airport. Thank you so much Gina

Wir fanden es hier wirklich toll! Alles sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Tolle Ausstattung und elegant eingerichtet. Und wurden nach einer Woche sogar frische Handtücher angeboten. Man braucht am besten ein Auto um viel erkunden zu können, aber man kommt auch zu Fuß an alles was man braucht, inklusive beach Clubs im Sommer. Leider war es noch zu kalt im april um den Pool zu genießen. Aber der ist wirklich schön und super gepflegt. Eine kleine Warnung, an der Einfahrt gibt es ein paar ungesicherte Stufen. Für fitte junge Menschen kein Problem, für Kinder oder ältere Menschen jedoch potentiell etwas gefährlich, meine Schwiegermutter hat sich hier ihr Bein gebrochen. Aber die Gastgeber sind toll damit umgegangen, haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt ihre Hilfe angeboten. Wir waren nur zu dritt somit haben wir die untere Souterrain Wohnung nur manchmal zum duschen genutzt. Alles in allem genau wie erwartet und bis auf den Unfall hatten wir eine wirklich tolle Zeit im Airbnb und sind dankbar!

Η Villa Fanis Summer House είναι υπέροχη. Είναι πλήρως οργανωμένη, πολύ καθαρή και διαθέτη υπέροχο κήπο με πισίνα και μπάρμπεκιου όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Οι οικοδεσπότες, Γιώργος και Ηλίας, είναι εξαιρετικοί, ευγενέστατοι, πολύ φιλικοί και ανταποκρίνονται αμέσως σε κάθε αίτημα. Η villa φιλοξένησε την οικογένεια μου καθώς παντρεύτηκα στην περιοχή και δεν θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε κάνει καλύτερη επιλογή.
