Superbe logement ! Gianni est très gentil et super actif par message, nous avons réellement apprécié. Nous sommes arrivé plus tôt que prévu au logement et nous avons tellement adoré l’appartement ! Incroyable vue sur le parthénon ! Les lits sont aussi très confortable Nous y reviendrons pour un futur autre voyage à Athènes. Foncez-y les yeux fermés

l'appartement est très sympa avec sa terrasse superbement aménagée. Le jacuzzi est très plaisant. Étant sur le toit de l'immeuble, si mauvais temps ou vents important, il est compliqué d'en profiter pleinement. toutes les activités majeurs d'Athènes sont à moins de 30 minutes à pieds. Les restaurants Atitamos et ama lachei sont situé à 10 minutes à pieds et sont incroyablement sympas et typiques. je recommande fortement cette appartement.

Πολύ καλή διαμονή, μας αρέσει πολύ ο εξωτερικός χώρος και ο κήπος με λαχανικά. Νιώθαμε ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Τα παιδιά ξετρελάθηκαν όσο με πισίνα τόσο και με το τραμπολίνο, πινγκ-πονγκ, μπάσκετ και ηλεκτρικό αυτοκινητάκι, το οποίο μας πρόσφεραν οι οικοδεσπότες για το μικρό μας παιδί. Το σπίτι είναι καλά εξοπλισμένο και έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Η Ελένα μας άφησε δωράκια : βιολογικό κρασί, γλυκό του κουταλιού, δάφνη σπιτικό, σαπούνι χειροποίητο. Την ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Θα ξαναεπισκεφτούμε το κατάλυμα το καλοκαίρι για να απολαύσουμε την πισίνα περισσότερο 😉. Ευχαριστούμε τα παιδιά για τις ευχάριστη διαμονή που είχαμε.

This was a perfect apartment in a fantastic location. Unfortunately Ralou was out of town so we were unable to meet her. She responded quickly to our messages, left very clear instructions for how to use all appliances, etc. The backyard has a small table and it’s very private. Only the birds singing make noise. There’s lots of suggestions of restaurants and things to do. The apartment is quite large too. Please don’t skip the bakery across the street! We will be back and definitely will stay here again. It’s wonderful.

Havre de paix, écrin de verdure, avec superbe vue sur la mer, les îles d'Elafonisos et Cythère. Idéal pour se ressourcer. La petite ville de Néapoli, après plusieurs virages sur une bonne route, offre le nécessaire (magasins d'alimentation, cafés, tavernes, etc). Les conseils de Kimo ont été excellents et les visites de la minette de la propriété ont été empreintes d'affection.

We loved our stay at Georgios! They were excellent hosts and were able to accommodate an early check in after our long day of flying. The Commications were excellent with Georgios and Nikolia. They provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area! We loved it! My wife said the bed was very comfortable and we truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the spectacular view of Acropolis!

A lovely villa apartment on the lower floor of two storey building., very centrally located, but still private and very enclosed for peacefulness. access to the house had a gate and a private car park, which added extra convenience as we travelled by car. house had everything you would need, maybe need some more kitchen utensils, lacked on knifes and tools etc... but otherwise pretty ideallic and family friendly and very tastefully fldecorted throughout. we would definitely be back and recommend to others.

While we only stayed for 1 night at the end of our trip to Greece, we wish we could have stayed longer! It's exceptionally unusual to find a quiet respite in the middle of such a busy and exciting city. The location is perfect for a quick walk up to the Parthenon or for meandering around the dozens of restaurants right outside the apartment. The creative use of space was a wonder for our kids (aged 7, 10, 13) who enjoyed scrambling up the spiral staircase and gingerly stepping out onto the roof top balcony sitting directly underneath the Acropolis. The kitchen was well-stocked, the space was accommodating and relaxing and the host was wonderfully responsive!

Rented this house for family event in town. Exceeded all expectations and provided for a very comfortable stay. Hosts were responsive and friendly, and even went out of their way to return an item that one of the guests had left behind. Two blocks from the beach in an upscale residential area. Would definitely stay again!

We are surprised anything like this exists. This was Panos’ grandmother’s home. To buy a house like this in this location would be insanely difficult and expensive. Panos is a contractor so he has modernized the house brilliantly while staying true to its heritage. The rooftop deck is hauntingly beautiful. The view of the Acropolis is stunning and very romantic with the gas fire. You could have a large party up there too! You are literally about 15 minutes walking away from most of the big historical attractions in Athens. For us, staying anywhere else would be a disappointment. Very much worth it.

Floating Cube Villa Aegina with Private Jacuzzi

What a gorgeous house right on the water on the beautiful island of Aegina. The house was immaculate, well stocked with amenities and basics (oil, salt and pepper, etc.) for cooking and morning coffees (espresso and an American coffee maker!). The hot tub worked well and the outdoor space was perfect in every way. The beds were really comfortable, excellent linens, and all in all it was one of the best places we've stayed in.

So extremely helpful! Its such a beautiful spot. Not a lot of tourists, great beaches, and some good restaurants arent far if you rent a car. Such a beautiful, beautiful spot! She took amazing care of us and was extremely helpful. Cant wait to come back!

Logement fidèle aux photos avec superbe vue sur la mer, bien situé, équipé, propre et spacieux et qui reste frais l’été grâce aux chambres au Rez de chaussée. Pour les sensibles aux bruits, le logement est un peu proche de la route, mais peu de passage. Communication parfaite et accueil sans faille. Katarina a cherché à être la plus arrangeante possible à tous les instants. Merci beaucoup

Καταπληκτικό σπίτι ενός καταπληκτικού οικοδεσπότη. Ο Περικλής, ευγενέστατος και ετοιμος κάθε στιγμή να απαντήσει και καταβάλει κάθε προσπάθεια να επιλύσει το οποιοδήποτε ζήτημα μας απασχολουσε. Ο χώρος προσεγμένος, με καλόγουστη διακόσμηση, full παροχές και ακριβέστατη περιγραφή. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και προσβλέπω στην επόμενη ευκαιρία για τη φιλοξενία του Περικλή. Mr. Lori welcomed us on behalf of the owner and made us feel right at home immediately. He explained how everything worked in the home in simple terms. The home is new, with great a/c, lighting and for me most importantly a Nespresso machine. Well located at the entry to Ververonda, close to all of Porto Heli’s attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Σε αυτο το υπεροχο διαμερισμα RbnB νιωσαμε πραγματικα σαν στο σπιτι μας!!! Οι φωτογραφιες στο σαιτ αντιστοιχουσαν στο 100 % , καθαρό, μεγαλες βεραντες, μοντερνο, ανετο, πρακτικο, με λιγα λογια υπεροχο και σε τελεια τοποθεσια! Καφε, εστιατορια, ζαχαροπλαστεια σε αποσταση αναπνοης! Παρ ολα αυτα, τις καρδιες μας εκλεψε το πρωινο στο Edw na meineis Cafe Bistro, το οποιο ειναι ακριβως κατω απο το διαμερισμα και ανοικει στους ιδιοκτητες!! Η κυρια Ελένη, ο κυριος Σωτήρης και η Αννα, ειναι υπεροχοι ανθρωποι, φιλοξενοι, εξυπηρετικοτατοι και με μια καρδια χρυσαφι!!!!.Κανανε την διαμονή μας αξεχαστη ... Φιλοι μου, σας ευχαριστουμε για ολα,να μαστε ολοι γεροι και να βρεθουμε παλι συντομα! Με αγαπη, Μαρια, Μαρκο & Σοφια

A lovely and very spacious up-scale apartment. Very modern and fully smart- automated. Giacomo was always responsive and helpful, which I very much appreciated. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Glyfada, but also tucked away from the busy streets. Short walk to the beaches, and I loved the walking path near the shores. This apartment is a cut above the rest and deserves its high price.

Πάρα πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα! Καθαρό, ήσυχο, ήρεμο και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Η οικοδεσπότης, παρόλο που έμενε ακριβώς δίπλα, ήταν αρκετά διακριτική και αυτό το εκτιμούμε πολύ. Πιθανό είναι να το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε!
