We can highly recommend Evergreen apartments. They have the most beautiful garden which is kept tidy and which has a rich birdlife. We didn't meet Sherin as she was travelling, but Jaqueline who welcomed us was very welcoming and friendly. Nice place, can only recommend it. Regards Jannik and Anne, Denmark

Michel's guest home exceeded our honeymoon expectations. This beautiful home, up on the hills overlooking the beaches of central/southern Mahe is walking distance (or a short drive if you choose to rent a car) from a calm and peaceful beach as well as a local restaurant which Michel recommended to us...it did not disappoint! My wife and I went there twice and the catch of the day was our favorite. This was one of many recommendations Michel gave to us during out stay. We even got fresh papaya from Michel local tree as a treat. If you decide you want to save some money and eat in, there is a grocery store just down the hill from the house. This air b&b is equip with all the basic cooking supplies you should need. It may be difficult to find the house off the main road, even if using navigation. There is a small sign tacked up to the electric post right as you are supposed to turn off the main road, however we still did not see it easily. We told Michel our expected arrival time and he and his family were keeping an eye for us to help once we were off the main road. We found it easier to located the house off the main road while it was still light out. We would stay here for weeks if we could. Everything is so lush and beautiful and if you look out on the balcony you can see bats flying around in the sky.

Seaside Self Catering is a beautiful and serene apartment. It's right in front of the crystal clear beach with access to shops and eateries. It easy to take an evening stroll staying here. The Lodge itself is tastefully furnished and spacious with everything you need for self catering. truly enjoyed my stay here. I would return here if I'm in Seychelles again.

Safira was a wonderful host! She was gracious enough to let us check in early. The apartment is a nice size and had an amazing view facing west- the sunsets were lovely! I appreciated the daily cleaning, local recommendations, help making any excursion reservations, and attentiveness to get the hair dryer fixed during our stay. I suggest renting a car because it is a steep climb to the apartment but would highly recommend this place.

Our stay here was great. The apartment is large, spacious, well equipped, the pool is a great option. Close to the bus stop, a 20-minute walk to a beautiful beach and plenty of dining options. The hosts are very kind, helpful, they helped us organize transport to the airport, great contact during whole stay. Easy check-in. Thank you for everything !! Greetings from Poland :)

Ich möchte gerne meine positive Erfahrung mit meinem kürzlichen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Unterkunft teilen. Der Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Die Aussicht auf das Meer war atemberaubend und hat meinen Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Das Bad war gepflegt und bot alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers, der stets bemüht war, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos, was den gesamten Prozess sehr unkompliziert machte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We had a lovely stay here with Lucy being such a lovely host making us feel at home at the get go. The rooms were clean and spacious to make a family feel comfortable and at ease. Thanks Maricel! The host Lucy was kind enough to recommend a car with a tour guide who was fantastic for his know-how, friendliness and care. Charges reasonably and ensured to take us at scenic views a few off the beaten path. He also has handy arrangements like ice box, umbrella, cushions etc for a rainy day. We would highly recommend Clinton if you want to explore Seychelles through the eyes of a local. We will definitely be staying at Lucy's for a longer stay the next time around for the warmth and love she has left behind with us.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison. Elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Tout était propre à notre arrivée. Le contact avec Lessy a été très facile et elle a su répondre à nos questions. Notre arrivée accueillie par sa sœur Sultane s’est parfaitement déroulée. Elle s est montrée tout à fait charmante et a eu la délicate attention de nous apporter des fruits de son jardin. Un régal. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin et la vue sublime sur anse la mouche. En plus de tous ces points positifs concernant la maison, Sultane nous a été d une aide immense car nous avons eu besoin d un médecin en urgence. Elle n a pas hésité à venir nous chercher en soirée et à nous accompagner à la clinique pour une consultation médicale et nous a même ramené le lendemain matin les médicaments. Nous la remercions énormément pour cela. Nous recommandons plus que vivement ce logement et l’accompagnement de ses hôtes et vous remercions pour ce séjour

Quando siamo arrivati all’airbnb eravamo reduci da una brutta esperienza con un altro host. Ebbene, Agnelle e Francis sono stati l’esatto opposto e la prova della vera accoglienza creola! Gentilissimi, disponibili, ci sono venuti incontro in tutti i modi con check in flessibile, accogliendoci anche con dei dolcetti e preparandoci una cena (fantastica!), nonostante soggiornassimo solo una notte. La casa è tenuta perfettamente e il quartiere molto tranquillo, immerso nel verde e vicino alle spiagge. Anche se non abbiamo potuto vedere molto di Mahe a causa del meteo porteremo un bel ricordo della città grazie ad Agnelle e Francis. Consiglieremo questo airbnb a tutti i nostri amici che verranno alle Seychelles

We throughly enjoyed staying at Villa Bougainvillea.. it was the best place that we stayed at during the whole trip. Mary really looked after us from the moment we booked and even arranged our car rental for us. The Villa was extremely spacious, well equipped and was immaculately clean. We appreciated the local fruit that was left for us as well as all the friendly advice. The Villa is peaceful and in a great location for exploring the south of Mahe. We would definitely recommend.

Un grand merci à Mme Hazel et toute sa famille pour leur accueil chaleureux et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. Le cadre est cosy, reposant, et parfaitement entretenu. Les cottages sont tout confort, très bien équipés, et décorés avec goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les équipements mis à disposition : piscine, jacuzzi, barbecue… tout est pensé pour la détente ! Un vrai plus : la possibilité de louer un SUV directement sur place, très confortable, qui nous a permis de sillonner l’île en toute liberté, du nord au sud. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés!

We loved our stay here. The cottage was surrounded by nature, and the view from the porch was beautiful. It was very private and peaceful, a great place to escape a busy and chaotic world. Our host was lovely, communicative and helpful. She brought fresh fruits often and even a flower one day. The space was sparkly clean and the accessibility to a washing machine for laundry was a bonus. Grateful to have found such a perfect place to stay in Seychelles, hoping to make it back for another stay in the future.

The location of the villa is stunning to walk out of the villa in the morning through the coconut trees and straight on to the pristine white beach was just fabulous. Marlene and her staff at the villa are just fantastic. So helpful and thoughtful. They kept the villa spotless even with my kids dragging in sand each day. Marlene got the coconuts cut down so one day we had fresh coconut water and flesh for breakfast. Another day she came in with a whole papaya. We will definitely be back to stay here again. Can’t wait.

The Seychelles has been our best vacay with sunbathing, hiking, snorkeling, diving, Easter church services, surrounded by the most beautiful nature! We loved the Seychelles as well as Marcella's place! It is clean, spacious, well-furnished, and the view is absolutely amazing! Marcella was very responsive, and helped us kindly incl. late check-out. We would not recommend coming without a car but also enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants sometimes. The location is great for a start, maybe staying in the south or one of the other islands is worth a consideration next time. One downside may be the price. Others are temporary construction noise around, missing refills (e.g. toilet paper) or on request (e.g. salt, trash bags), no AC in the living room, in the bedrooms it didn't always cool down, and parking can be tricky. Nach Aufenthalten 2017 und 2018 waren wir nun wieder Gäste bei Roy und seiner Familie. Wir haben schon in allen 3 Wohnungen gewohnt und können besonders die mittlere (= größte mit zweitem Schlafzimmer, falls es mehrere Personen oder Eltern mit Kind/ern sein sollten) und die oberste Wohnung (hier haben wir auch dieses Jahr übernachtet) mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer, empfehlen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist im Badezimmer vorhanden. Die Lage ist zentral auf Mahe, eine gute Ausgangslage in alle Richtungen. Mietwagen ist notwendig. Die Auffahrt ist sehr steil, aber machbar (Klimaanlage ausschalten hilft bergauf). Die Google Maps Wegbeschreibung ist falsch. Man muss, wenn man am Busdepot vorbei ist, weiter geradeaus bleiben und nicht rechts abbiegen. Vielen lieben Dank an Roy und seine bezaubernde Familie für die tolle Zeit! Absolute Empfehlung!

I Highly recommend Maryse’s place. She and Chris have been amazing host to us. The olive tree residence is 8-10 mins from the city, uphill amidst nature where you can hear the sound of breeze blowing , birds chirping, an amazing view of the ocean and fog at times. It’s overall an amazing place to get a detox from the hustle and bustle of city life. For those who prefer using public transportation, the bus stop is just a minute walk. Airport is approx 15 mins drive by car from the location. There are amazing restaurants at Eden island which is a 10 min drive from the residence. Maryse and Chris are warm and welcoming and have been always responsive to our questions and also guided us with local recommendations. The house was well equipped, spacious and spotless. The garden area is full of flower and fruit plantations. We wish we stayed there longer. Without a second thought, we would book this place when we visit Seychelles again.

Andrea ist eine Mittlerweile einheimische deutsche Einwanderin. Sie ist der liebe wegen nach Mahé gekommen und lebt nun seit über 35 Jahren auf Mahé. Es ergibt sich dadurch in Ihrer Unterkunft ein europäischer Standard, sehr sauber, sehr aufgeräumt, kombiniert mit der seyschellischen Ästhetik. Das Haus mit seinen vollständig eigenständigen Appartments ist sehr schön gelegen, eingebettet in wunderbarer Natur mit tropischen Vogelklängen. Die Aussicht ist geprägt von zwei riesigen Mangobäumen einigen Palmen, weiteren ebenfalls sehr schönen Häusern, einer schönen Kirche und dem Meer. Eine Schildkröte lief auch Mal zufällig vorbei. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Andrea achtet sehr auf den Umweltschutz. Wir haben auf den Seychellen 4 Unterkünfte besucht. Andreas Unterkunft war die einzige mit Mülltrennung und Kompost. Dafür einen extra Daumen nach oben und weiterhin viel Vergnügen und ein schönes Leben für Andrea und Ihren Sohn! Generell sollte man auf Mahé einen Mietwagen nutzen.

Beau Bassin was a very neat and clean space. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and kind helpful neighbors. It was a very good place to stay with a kind and flexible host.

L’appartement est juste parfait 👍, ressemblant aux photos et Kate a été d’une grande après notre escale à rallonge et très souple sur la sortie. C’est très beau et très pratique d’accès en plus d’être privé. Si nous revenons aux Seychelles nous referons un tour par chez vous 👌.

Good accommodation, very clean and spacious apartment. Everything worked well and Roy was a very responsive and helpful host. His wife surprised us with a plate of fresh fruit and some birthday cake which was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this Airbnb.

Heureusement que Shirley avait tout bien expliqué et même organisé la location de la voiture, tout c’es bien passé, nous avions le loueur dans l’aéroport quand nous avons atteri, il nous ont même aidé pour avoir notre Simcard local, mais les indications routière sont une catastrophe aux Seychelles! Par contre le panneau de Beau Bassin se voyait très bien! Shirley nous accueillait chaleureusement et nous expliquait bien tout. Dans la pièce un distributeur d’eau potable avec l’eau chaude ett l’eau froide, renouvellé des qu’élle était vers la fin un grand frigo et freezer dans la chambre. si quelque chose nous manquait, une fois demandé quelques heures plus tard on nous l’apportait. vraiment un excellent service . Nous demandions si il y avaient des cocotiers pour nos œufs le matin 1 heure après ils se trouvaient dans nos placards. Il ya pour chaque appart un étendoir et la possibilité d’utiliser gratuitement la machine à laver. Le seul petit problème la plomberie à réparer !
