A stunning location literally across the road from Palm Beach. Well equipped and thoughtful touches with lush gardens and Lyndal was an excellent host. We so appreciated the early check in and extended check out so we could enjoy the sunny day. Would highly recommend and hope we can come back.

Lynne is truly the best host we’ve ever had. She welcomed us with a big smile, warmth, and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. The place is absolutely lovely, with breathtaking views, excellent bedding, and beautiful furniture. Everything was thoughtfully prepared,homemade muffins (they were amazing!), snacks, chocolates, and even asking for our milk and wine preferences! Her hospitality truly went above and beyond. Lynne made sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. We left feeling relaxed and really appreciated the care she put into every detail. Highly recommend—we’d definitely book again. Thanks, Lynne!

We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Loved the peace and quiet and a very clean beach. We are sure to come back soon. 101% recommended! Thank you Ian for sharing your lovely home and space with us🙏

Quite a great little place for 2 people for a couple days. I'd recommend this stay just for a short couple days as there is no oven, but that did not affect our stay as we had quite an effective BBQ which made up for it. I would like to come back again in the future. Everything was clean and pristine and up to standard. A lovely thank you to our hosts.🙂

Excellent Airbnb. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Rozelle was very helpful and let us check in early - we were very grateful. Nice touches with fruit yoghurt and cereal left for us. Would recommend.

Had a lovely stay here and the views are amazing as you have the choice of making dinner on the barbecue, and enjoy the restful and peaceful surroundings and el fresco dining:-) Easy to stroll down and walk along the beach also.

The house is in the perfect location, close to the beach and shops, nicely appointed, comfy and with great views. We actually endured the tail of an intensive storm and the entire area lost power for 36 hrs (obviously no fault of Jonny's). During this period Jonny, stayed in touch and offered his services and support where possible. Would highly recommend the house and Jonny and would certainly book again.

Was great for a big family, family Friendly. Loved the location and outdoor space.

This was the perfect place for us (4 sisters) treating our 90 yr old mum for her birthday. We rented both upstairs and downstairs so plenty of space and very easy for our mum to get around. The beachfront location was amazing. Gabrielle was very accommodating with a couple of requests we had and always prompt in replying. We would not hesitate to rent here again.

Rented for guests from overseas who very much enjoyed their stay. Great location with beach one minute down Noel Ave. Very welcome hot outdoor shower for post beach visits. Upstairs loft style accommodation very comfy and welcoming. Shame previous guests may havefailed to notify management when gas bottles swapped over so ran out of gas for the stove on final day as both bottles seemed empty! Oven needed some love, but everything else very clean tidy and comfortable including beds. Thank you for a great stay.

The most beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend to anyone. Did not want to leave this morning. The views are breathtaking.

두 아이와 테라스가 멋진 숙소에서 행복한 한 달을 보냈어요! 바다, 빵집, 슈퍼마켓, 학교 놀이터, 타카푸나 시내, 도서관, 공원, 수영장까지~ 저는 걸어서 다녔어요:) 레베카님은 친절하고, 응대가 빨랐어요. 숙소에 거의 모든 게 갖춰져 있는데, 장난감과 책도 있고 아동친화적인 숙소라 좋았어요~ 이 숙소 덕분에 오클랜드에 또 가고 싶어요♡ 강력 추천합니다!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. It was spacious indoors. Sitting outside with a cold drink taking in the view and watching tuis, quail and fantails was great. We made use of the barbecue and washing machine. Kitchen area was compact. Alan the host was welcoming and gave us good tips on things to do.

She goes above & beyond, adding delightful touches like quality coffee pods paired with chocolates, a chilled bottle of bubbkes in the fridge, and#a thoughtful welcome breakfast pack. This is not just accommodation; it's#a first class experience that inspires & rejuvenates! It was hard to leave!

Fabulous hosts, lovely accommodation. We stayed for three nights, and all loved it including our puppy. If we didn't have to be back home for things, we would've extended our stay by a couple more nights. I'm sure we will be back again though. Thanks for the lovely stay

Great hosts. The Airbnb was super comfortable and peaceful. Fantastic location near walks and the beach.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Really enjoyed our stay at Cooks Beach. Easy walk to restaurant and beach very peaceful and friendly. Would come again.
