Spacious neighborhood home just 25 min east of Wichita. Beautifully situated on Augusta Lake with an elevated view from the deck and large backside windows. Base price is for up to 10 people. Called the "Grandhouse" by the grandkids, whose grandparents designed and built the house in 1978. This clean and open space concept is great for family gatherings.
