Four of us stayed for a month. This unit is very roomy. Especially nice is the living room/TV room/ dining room. Table is large with many chairs. TV is also large and has remote speakers. Furniture is extremely comfortable. Patio also sits many and catches the afternoon sun. The balcony off the main bedroom was sunny in the morning and quite large. Location just outside the old city walls is superb. Spar supermarket is 2 minutes away and had everything we needed. It also has laundry and nail facilities. Cleaning fee was fair and the overall price was a good deal

The villa was INCREDIBLE. Better than expected, spotlessly clean with the most attentive host. We went for my best friends hen do and Amanda couldn’t have been more helpful. The decor is stunning, it was spotless and Amanda even left a hamper for us on arrival. The rooms are quite light and bright despite the shutters so if you’re a light sleeper that needs dark, take an eye mask, otherwise this villa is actually perfect and insanely well priced. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Amanda!

Vilamoura Beach Villa with Private Heat Pool

There is nothing bad to say about this Villa. If anything it is even better then the description as there is a large grass area plus a balcony with seats and also a rooftop terrace (no furniture as narrow steps leading up). The place was spotlessly clean, pool area gorgeous and everything needed was supplied. It is just 5mins to a supermarket with enough selection to cover for holidays and the ‘old town’ which is a lovely area with some fab restaurants and bars. The walk to the marina wasn’t far and taxi back only €5-€7. Overall we had a brilliant stay and I would love to visit again. Just to note - the Villa wouldn’t be ideal for young kids as there’s a lot of steps/split level and the pool is very deep. But perfect for older kids/teenagers.

Ruben was so kind and helpful! He explained everything I needed to know and went above and beyond sending me resources for supermarkets, restaurants and things to do. The location is fantastic! I walked to the sea everyday. Such a great experience! Would love to visit again.

Fantastic stay, apartments is great do not hesitate to book, bigger than photos, spotlessly clean, really well equipped and the courtyard and hot tub were a real bonus. 10 min walk to the beach and lots of great neighbourhood restaurants really close by. Would definitely use again if we return, host very friendly and responsive, great stay.

Romantic and lovely house

For us, it was the third time staying in this wonderful house. The house always makes you feel like home through the cosy design. Walking distance from the trainstation, always something to do. Due to its location, it’s ideal to make some stops by train (or bus) in other cities not the Algarve trainline (Lagos, Silves…). We always stay for a longer period to embrace the Portimão- lifestyle. Everything you actually need is available in the house, you can relax/eat outside on the terrace. If you need anything, Marina or António are available, but they also let you be at ease and check in as minimal as possible to let you relax on your own. As always, a wonderful stay for us.

What a fantastic property and location. We had high expectations from the photos and price, but they were met and more. Modern with all of the amenities: cooking essentials, beach gear / toys, towels, beers if you're lucky the previous guest didn't finish them! Wendy and Manel are very responsive (when asked - not interfering!) and I am so glad they have shared their home with us for a week. We've walked the coastal path on past visits and wondered what it would be like to live in one of the villas right next to it... Now we know and want to do it again!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, Dennis ch war es nicht zu laut. Es sind viele Sachen gut erreichbar. Trotz der Lage hatten wir nie Probleme einen Parkplatz zu finden. Bei allen Fragen antwortet Kristi sehr schnell. Bereits im Vorfeld ist sie eine gute Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank!

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean, about an 8 minute walk from the Praia da Rocha promenade. Nice views of the pool area from the balcony. Great, secure, on-site parking. Very friendly and communicative host, Méguy was fantastic!

Beautiful apartment with nice sea view from the bedroom & living room. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Good restaurants & beach are only a few minutes of walk. Supermarkets, gas stations are 5 minutes by car. We really liked the apartment. The communication with the host was fast and they were really helpful.

Absolutely superb apartment in quiet residential area with short walk to Portimao town & Praia de Rocha. Apartment has everything required for a comfortable holiday home from home. Lisa is an amazing host who readily communicative and is there for you whenever needed. Joao is a star who checked us in to ensure everything was fine for our stay he even went that extra mile to hand deliver our passports when we left without them. Thank you for hosting us. Ray

Super logement, à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville. Très bon emplacement. La résidence est calme et l’appartement agréable à vivre. Nous aurions juste aimé avoir à disposition plus d’accessoires de cuisine.

The apartment was spotless....The welcoming from Lala was perfect ...This place is located perfectly in the old town of Albufeira . There's everything you need for a long stay , I mean everything ...we have never seen an apartment so well equipped ..... Nice and huge balcony to enjoy .....Restaurants /Grocery store / all there .No need for a car when you stay there but if you do parking is included ....Beautiful Beach at 5 min walk through old town ... ..If your looking for a perfect place to stay fully equipped with all you need ....Dont hesitate ...this is the place to be .... Thanks Lala for a beautiful stay ..

The apartment is in a very good location, right next to the ocean, the view is great! Right next to the main promenade of Portimão with cafes and entertainment! The apartment is spacious, clean. The hosts gave us a cot for the baby :) Admittedly, the big bed was very uncomfortable for us, it was wooden and creaked every time we moved. The hair dryer did not work. But there was a juicer at home, which we used perfectly :) We recommend!

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft und alles war unkompliziert. Eine solch tolle Ausstattung habe ich vorher noch nicht gehabt. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum.

Een zeer ruim comfortabel huis op een prachtige plek. je hebt wel een auto nodig voor de winkel en restaurants. Ana reageerde direct en adequaat op ons verzoek om aanvulling van wat kleine zaken.

Belle petite maison de plage, bien équipée. Parking devant la maison. L'arrivée et le départ étaient très faciles et très bien expliqués par Rui. Merci également à lui pour toutes les informations qu'il nous a communiquer à notre arrivée. L'accès immédiat aux 2 plages est un vrai atout. Une immense plage de sable côté océan avec les vagues + coucher de soleil quotidien et une autre côté lagune plus calme et super le matin au lever du soleil ! L'aéroport assez proche n'est pas un problème pour le bruit. Par contre le passage régulier des voitures et motos devant la maison est plus gênant. Emplacement idéal pour les départ de visites y compris le ferry pour aller directement à Faro. Nombreuses activités proches ainsi que des restaurants et des bars au top ! Nous espérons pouvoir revenir !

Luis ha sido maravilloso, nos ha ayudado en absolutamente todo y ha estado pendiente y atento de nosotras en todo momento. Además hicimos con él el tour en barca y fue genial la verdad, guía, ofreciéndose todo el rato porque estuviéramos cómodas y facilitando en todo momento. Las indicaciones y recomendaciones de Luís han sido súper útiles. Recomendable 100%. Gracias Luis por todo y por hacer el viaje más fácil
