we had a great time and a lovely stay! PROS -location was awesome! steps away from the beach and tons of restaurants. we enjoyed walking everywhere! -reserved parking spot- only good for small cars though, but there's plenty of free street parking too. -place was clean, easy to get to, and host was friendly and responsive! -worth it for the price! CONS -the only windows that opened faced a shared walkway and we didn't feel comfortable keeping them open overnight or while showering, so the place can get musty. but not too much of an issue as there are fans in some rooms. we also didn't spend too much time in the space since we were out and about all day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eric’s. It was just as he described it. He was very responsive to us and we loved being able to walk to the beach and to restaurants.

Lovely place, I was travelling for business but hope to return for a vacation with the family.

Loved Lance's place! Just a few blocks from the beach, walkable to great restaurants, comes with a parking spot, and Lance himself was a great communicator! Would definitely stay at again!

This spot was perfect- I live locally and wanted a place for my 80yo parents to stay that was close by, clean, and affordable. This ticked all the boxes. The place is located on the ground level- perfect for them, as stairs slows them down. Their only complaint, if you can call it that, was that there was no shower bar in the bathtub (again, they are older) and they wished there were more hooks for their towel and things in the bathroom. Other than that- I plan on having any of my friends who visit from out of town stay here- for the value and location it cannot be beat! Greta was great her communication was always quick and friendly.

Fabulous place that feels like a home away from home within walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Everything you need is included. The house was really clean and spacious for us and has parking and was just so enjoyable to stay at.

Had a great stay at Breanna's and would recommend it. If I needed to come back and travel for work, I would definitely look to see if Breannas was available before looking elsewhere. Clean, tidy and comfortable, and felt safe within the surroundings.

Really great location in the heart of Long Beach flanked by water. Beach is on the corner of the street basically. Parking in the neighborhood was easy. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was nice for cooking our meals. Location is a ten. There is a construction next door but it didn’t bother us. Overall, I would recommend this place as we had a good time.

Un très bon séjour. Un appartement très agréable très spacieux. Après la journée pas dedans nous visitons . Beaucoup de choses à côté de l’appartement et peut se faire livrer. Un plus le lave linge et sèche linge. Sinon rien à redire vraiment parfait notre séjour ces Andy . Merciii encore.

Our stay at Lux properties was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the amenities and had a peaceful staycation. The host was very nice and provided thoughtful toiletries. The small touch left a big impression on our stay. Also the beds were sooo comfortable!! We will be back :)

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

The place was very good ,nice,calm,the outdoor area was fantastic and very clean, we enjoyed our stay there, George was very friendly, reactive and respond to our beed quickly. I recommend the Orleans building to stay in Santa Ana.

100% would stay with Farah again. Outstanding communication! The condo unit was private well kept and had all the amenities. Everything is close by. Thanks again.

We loved Jimmy’s place! It felt more like a nice hotel, with its modern design and super clean interior. The beds are SO comfortable and we slept great. The layout of the place was great- huge kitchen/living, two big bedrooms with dedicated baths, and our favorite- the deck! The deck is very large and overlooks a man made lake. The building has a lot of amenities if you want to use them. We had our dog with us, and appreciate the numerous dog friendly areas in the building, and especially the lovely walking loop around the lake with geese and ducks :) it feels safe and quiet, and the building was not loud even on the Friday and Saturday nights we were there. We would 100% stay here again. The only thing that needed a little more instruction was the parking garage- it’s not the most intuitive layout, but reception helped us- I recommend asking reception for directions before attempting on your own!

Mia is a wonderful host, great communication. Unit was just as described. Very convenient when staying in Orange County. Assigned parking space a definate plus!

We had a fantastic stay at Nate’s place while in town for a wedding. The apartment was quiet, incredibly comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our needs. Nate’s communication was top-notch, quick, clear, and super helpful. The directions he provided were spot-on, which made check-in a breeze. We’ll definitely book again next time we’re in Irvine!

Aly was an awesome host. I had so many things on my itinerary and it was in the middle between all the places my kids and I visited. It was a perfect place for the three of us, and about 20 min. from the beach. Will definitely book again the next time I am in the area. Thank you Aly!

This was a great “home base” for hosting family from out of town! The space was exactly as it was described in the listing, and had plenty of room for our two families to settle. It was conveniently located near stores and supermarkets, as well as local attractions. The kitchen fixtures were high-end and easy to use. The check-in instructions were very clear and the building’s staff was helpful. The view from the space was amazing! The hosts were very responsive to our communications. I would highly recommend this space to other families who are visiting the OC area!

I had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need in the kitchen. I didn’t try the gym, but that’s an option. As far as the host goes, he went above and beyond. Met me in person with the keys and when I forgot my ear pods, he made it possible for me to meet him and retrieve them after I checked out. I will stay again.
