Ein gemütliches Appartement, in dem ich mich sofort zuhause fühlte. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und Lan ist wirklich eine nette Gastgeberin, die sofort auf meine Anfragen reagiert und es möglich machte, früher einzuchecken.

ステイケーションに最適でした。お風呂が部屋にある面白い部屋でした。旧市街地などの中心部まで無料のシャトルバスがあるのも良かったです。オーシャンパーク内に飲食店、カフェ、aeonのミニマートもあり、オーシャンパークですべて完結できます。今度はもうひとつの風呂付き部屋を予約したいと思っています。

I stayed in these apartments for a week and had a great experience. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and clean. A concierge was always present at the entrance, politely opening doors, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area is beautiful and well-kept. The apartment itself is cozy, bright, and well-equipped. Everything felt new, and there was a pleasant scent throughout, including the bed linen and towels. The elegant dishware was a lovely surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I didn’t want to get out of it! A big plus was the heater, which made the space warm and cozy on colder days. The apartment had thoughtful amenities: liquid soap in the kitchen, bathroom essentials, shower gel, shampoo, and even hotel-style extras like a comb, razor, and toothbrush. A full pack of tissues was also provided—very convenient! Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home very kind and helpful hosts. It’s a little far from Hanoi 20-40min but perfect!! to stay long term in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The lights at night were so cool everywhere was so clean and the restaurants in the neighborhood area were all delicious I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you for having me 😇

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thơm tho. Có máy nước nóng. View đẹp. Có máy chiếu để xem phim. Máy chiếu có hơi bụi cần được vệ sinh vì được đặt phía trên giường. Chủ nhà thân thiện, rep tin nhắn nhanh. Thiết kế phòng đơn giản, dễ thương. Overall 5/5 sao.

장기여행 중에 찾은 평화롭고 조용하며 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 대부분의 시간을 하노이 중심부에서 보냈는데 자동차와 오토바이 소음 때문에 많이 힘들었거든요. 그래서 조금 외곽으로 가보자 하고 온 곳인데 아주 탁월한 선택이었습니다. 상당히 잘 정비된 아파트 단지이고 주변에 좋은 카페와 레스토랑이 많습니다. 늦게까지 운영하는 마트와 편의점도 있고요. 특히 인공 해변을 따라 산책할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 또한 유동인구가 아주 많은 편이 아니어서 상당히 조용한 편입니다. 무엇보다 인터넷이 아주 빨라서 화상회의를 진행하기 좋았습니다. 업무에 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 호스트는 항상 답장이 빠르고 무슨 문제든지 도와주기 위해 노력했습니다. 날씨가 조금 추웠을 때 히터를 가져다 주기도 했어요. 이 외에도 다른 요청들을 아주 빠르게 들어 주었습니다. 솔직히 말하면 단기 여행자에게 추천하고 싶은 곳은 아닙니다. 그런 분들은 그냥 중심가에 머무는 것이 좋을 것 같아요. 그랩을 타고 왔다갔다 하는 시간도 무시할 수는 없으니까요. 하지만 하노이 체류 기간이 다소 길거나 조용한 곳을 원하시는 분들, 비교적 현대적인 환경을 선호하시는 분들께는 더없이 추천하고 싶습니다. 너무 장점만 말해서 단점을 조금 말해보자면 조금 외곽지역에 있어서 저녁 9시 반이 넘어가면 주문할 수 있는 음식이 급격하게 줄어듭니다. 그리고 다른 숙소에서도 같았지만 매트리스가 다소 단단한 편입니다. 근데 사실 저는 너무 부드러운 것보다 이런 쪽을 선호해서 꿀잠잤어요. 이건 개인의 선호에 따를 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 잘 지내다 갑니다 :)

nice clean place ... host also so nice and give quick response just one thing is it little bit far from old quter so you have to take grab all the time but so nice peacefully very secure place

Bọn mình đi 7 người mới đầu hơi sợ nhà bé vì đoàn đông. Tuy nhiên, lúc bước chân vào homestay đứa nào cũng ồ lên vì thiết kế quá xinh và nhà cũng rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi, bếp dc trang bị nhiều đồ dùng và có đẩy đủ khăn tắm, bàn chải đánh răng, … Đặc biệt, mình thấy homestay dc dọn dẹp rất sạch và lúc mới đến thì các phòng mùi thơm lắm. Các thủ tục ra vào tòa nhà cũng rất đơn giản. Nói chung bọn mình đã có 1 trải nghiệm vô cùng hài lòng ở đây. Highly rcm mng nhá!!
