We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

Kaitake Kabana - Unique Studio Retreat

Escape to the tranquility of Kaitake Kabana, an off-grid studio retreat nestled in the foothills of the Kaitake Ranges. This space is ideal for two, perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway (but can sleep up to 4 people with an extra mattress on the floor if required). The bathroom space and kitchenette are detached from the main living space. There is no wifi here and limited reception, come to embrace the serenity and switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Welcome to the Heart of Brooklands. We are located a 2 minute walk from the gates of the Bowl of Brooklands. Perfect for attending concerts, Festival of the Lights, WOMAD or for just roaming around Brooklands and Pukekura Parks. New Plymouth City is a short 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk through the park to the CBD. Guests have secure onsite parking on the premise. We provide a quiet newly built studio securely positioned to maximise privacy from the family home.

This self-contained unit is located less than a 10 min walk from New Plymouth town and costal walkway. It boasts a warm cosy space with all the amenities you need. It has a separate entrance from the main home allowing for more privacy with its own bathroom and kitchenette (with microwave, two elements, fridge, kettle and toaster). There is plenty of free street parking as well as a single car parking space next to the airbnb (for small cars only).

We live upstairs, but the downstairs area is private with a seperate entrance. Walk towards the sea and turn left along the walkway towards the Port, Ngamotu Beach and cafes. Turn right on the walkway and a 10 minute walk away is the Aquatic Centre and Destination Kāwaroa.
