Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Green garden villa with pool

Charming villa with big garden and private pool. Complete privacy all around the house, great for relaxing and enjoying the sun by the pool. Villa has 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. On upper floor we have rooms with nice balcony with a beautiful view at sea .On ground floor is kitchen/living room,bathroom, and outside you'll enjoy terrace with natural shade. WiFi internet connection, Air conditioning, all kitchen and washing machines are free to use.

Beautiful luxury house w. sea view & outside space

Pamper yourself in this beautiful house! It has four bedrooms each with its own ac unit, four bathrooms, billiard room, outside terrace, four balconies and free parking spot. Beautiful Firule beach is just 3 min walk, and famous Bacvice beach just 6 min walk. It's in a great location to explore everything Split has to offer, just 6 min from the nightlife and 12min from the Split promenade. Despite closeness to buzz of the city, it's in a quiet neighbourhood so you'll have a quiet sleep. .

The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.
