M A R I E N S T E I N is a secluded mountain lodge with almost 100 years of tradition in hospitality. Located in a sunny forest clearing at the beginning of Anlauftal Valley, there's nature right on your doorstep. While easily accessible M A R I E N S T E I N is a unique mountain hideaway with the forest, the nearby running mountain creek, the steep walls of Hohe Tauern and the numerous waterfalls in the area giving it a unique wild vibe. 19 persons capacity. Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter.
