In the large living room you can relax on one of the three sofas with a good movie (large TV with cable TV and Netflix) or via the Internet (WLAN) plan your next trips. If you like to cook, this is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. From the stove to the coffee maker, everything is there to serve a magical meal in the dining area or on the balcony. The beds are made for arrival and towels are ready for you The new apartment is located in the 2ndFloor to which you can take the elevator or the stairs. In the city center, the main train station or the Rupertus Therme you can easily go by city bus (which is free with the guest card, by the way). The bus stop is just a minute away. By bus or train you can get to the city center of Salzburg without traffic or parking problems. Free parking is right in front of the house. Directly from the house there are also numerous hiking possibilities. You are in 2 minutes in nature. Dogs and children are welcome. We are happy to provide you with a cot. Basically, the minimum rental period is 3 days, but if of course times less going on, or if times between bookings are free, then of course it is also for one or two nights. Das Haus ist in Ortsmitte von Großgmain gegenüber dem Kurpark. Die Busverbindungen in alle Richtungen liegen 2 Minuten vom Haus. Zur Stadtmitte von Salzburg sind es ca. 15 km, zum Airport Salzburg 8 km, nach Berchtesgaden 18 km, nach Bad Reichenhall 3 km.

Welcome to our vacation apartment for up to 3 people (or 2 adults with up to 2 children). Small dogs are allowed. The apartment is within walking distance of the Rupertustherme and the city center (10 to 15 minutes). Thanks to the central location, you can quickly reach a supermarket with butcher and baker and a NORMA and Penny store. Bus stops are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance for the whole city area, to the Thumsee, to Inzell, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
