El hospedaje de Marcos fue increíble, tiene una vista hermosa que te permite ver el mar y el departamento es bastante amplio. Además la atención que nos brindó fue excelente, siempre atento a nuestras necesidades y disponible para brindarnos ayuda.

We stayed at Sara and Brian’s place for our kids’ spring break. First time we did an Airbnb while visiting Mexico as this time we traveled with friends and wanted to stay together. Everything was perfect about the unit and facility. The beds were really comfortable and loved all the space. Their description is completely accurate. The beach was really close and the pools had plenty of shade opportunities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

GREAT LOCATION- very close to beach, restaurants and cafes. We used the restaurant next door (Eddie’s Place) as an Uber pickup spot. Water taxi right there. GREAT HOST-Marcos was very attentive and helpful. A few glitches completely out of his control, he worked hard at remedying and even compensated us for. Congenial building staff too. GREAT rooftop facility with pool, view, gym… There was morning noise with carts moving marina supplies over cobblestones first light that might bother some, it didn’t bother me as I was up to see the sunrise from the balcony each morning anyways! Nighttime music from adjacent hotel can be good/bad at times. Previous review regarding fridge door should not be a problem unless you are 9mo+ pregnant or similar size abdominal girth. The kitchen is compact yet well stocked.

Hosts were great to work with and extremely helpful in providing information on services, restaurants and things to do in the area! Place has all the items you would need during your stay (dishes, cookware, etc.).

One of the best AirBnb hosts we've had. Excellent, and truly 5-star. Stay here! You will NOT regret it. (The pools and the grounds are truly unbelievable.)

Perfect spot for us as we were with our young daughter and in-laws! great spot for families to stay together. The condo itself was clean + comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nice that its groubd level and right in front of the pools! The Bolongo resort is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food quality could definitely use some improvement and the hours were not convenient as we had to wait until 9am until breakfast. We preferred eating off property, but that wasnt an issue as there are lots of options close by. The spa ammenities are very well priced and the gym is super nice! We would dedinitely stay here again!

Muy bonito apartamento tal cual como en la descripción, el servicio muy bueno cuentas con todo lo necesario y muy limpio el departamento. Los restaurantes muy bien, comida rica y con muy buena presentación. En general un excelente lugar para vacacionar en familia, muy recomendable. La atención de Guadalupe muy buena.

El complejo está padrísimo! Mucha seguridad, todo el personal super amable, hay un restaurante delicioso, el agua a una temperatura deliciosa. El departamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasártelo increíble! Estuvimos súper contentos!

We had a lovely stay at Patricia’s beautiful home. The place is exactly as described-with PLENTY of room for our family of 7. Patricia could not have been a more gracious host-very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. We loved the privacy of this place and felt very safe and secure with our surroundings. This golf course area is good to play, take a walk or run near and the fitness center is top notch! The beach is a bit of a walk to reach, but once there you have a pool and ocean at your disposal. We had a bit of a hiccup with the water heater, but Patricia was dealing with that and I am sure will be fixed in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!! Thank you Patricia for making our vacation stay so enjoyable!!

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful, safe, well maintained community. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing deck and views of the Bay of Banderas. We were delayed at the airport on arrival, but our host Maria patiently awaited our late arrival to the Villa, completed a walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We had some challenges the first couple of days but Maria responded quickly to our concerns to ensure we settled in comfortably. The restaurants in the area were great, including the one located at Punta Esmeralda. The Sunday Market and food vendors in La Cruz should not be missed. If you’re thinking about spending time in this area and you’re active, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking to enjoy the pools, have a relaxing massage at the spa, meet great people or just chill and read a good book, this is the place to be! Our experience was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning.

Es una zona muy segura, ideal para la protección de la familia. Cuenta con dos filtros de acceso: uno en la entrada de la zona residencial y otro al llegar a la privada donde se encuentra la casa. Es importante contar con un auto, ya que la propiedad está algo alejada de los centros comerciales y las playas. La casa es tal como se muestra en las fotos, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más agradable. Además, la anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor.

We had an incredible stay. The unit matched the photos and we loved having the daily ocean view. Beach and pool access were just right downstairs so super convenient. Loved being able to hear the ocean waves at all times of the day. No complaints. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
