Muy buena ubicación, céntrica, restaurantes a unos pasos, si te gusta la fiesta, tienes los bares justo cerca, el alojamiento es justo como la descripción y las fotos. Bella siempre atenta a lo que se necesitara y en comunión contante.

We had a great time on our trip to Sayulita and Ebony’s place was the perfect home base. Everything was clean and the apartment itself is beautiful, especially the patio and pool area. Check-in and out was easy and Ebony was very responsive if we had questions, she even helped book a car for us to the airport. Her recommendations were also great. The only cons I could see about the apartment was the bar downstairs that played live music, but we were prepared for that with earplugs. If you go to bed early it could be a problem but it stopped around midnight each night. It was fun to be in the center of town and close to the beach and shops and restaurants.

This apartment is very spacious and open, lots of room. A/C works good and a comfortable bed. The rooftop pool is small, but nice and quiet if you don't want to go to the beach. The location is great, about 4 minutes to the center of town and maybe 5 minutes to the beach. You are not in the middle of town, so you avoid most of the crazy noise, but there is a wonderful restaurant downstairs (Sur 38) and you do hear a little bit of music until they close. Sur 38 offers fantastic food and wine and next door Yah Yah cafe that is superb for breakfast or lunch. I would stay here again, no problem.

Sarah and Tamara are fantastic hosts. They made sure we were happy and we felt at home for our entire stay. Tamara instructed my first surf experience and she was great! Friendly and passionate. You can rent boards from the house at a better price than you can get on the beach too. We were worried that we would be hot without AC, but there are multiple powerful fans that keep the place ventilated and cool. It’s a seaside town so all of the roads are steep and hilly. It’s not a downside because you can actually access the town quicker if you go by the back way, which also has nice cafes and shops on the way to the beach. We didn’t feel the need to rent a vehicle because the airbnb is in a great location. Would highly recommend staying here!

Excelente estancia, muy bien ubicado. Tiene diversas opciones de restaurantes cerca, la playa está cerca. Las instalaciones y todo dentro del departamento muy limpio, agradable y acogedor.

Una casa hermosa, espaciosa, muy cómoda. La atención excelente. Sin duda, regresaremos!

Le logement offre une belle intimité en ayant la cours intérieur. Une belle espace pour profiter du Rbnb. San pancho est vivante tout en étant calme et chaleureuse. Nous avons fait des belles rencontres , passer du bon temps à la plage et toujours très bien manger. Le Rbnb as tout ce qu’il faut pour allez à la plage.

This house is amazing and so beautifully designed. The pictures really don't do it justice. We were very active out and about most days but it was really easy to have a "home" day. The patios and balconies are inviting and peaceful. Such a great place to relax and recharge. Everything is easy to get to, but I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around especially at night. Highly recommend.

This spot is incredible! Highly recommend. We stayed for my bachelorette party and it was a highlight of our trip. It’s nice because it’s a a few blocks from the main areas so it’s tranquil which is great after a night of partying lol. You have to walk maybe 5 minutes to get to the heart of the town, some hills but coffee/breakfast and markets/essentials are within 2 minutes. The pool, chill areas, and AC were our favorite parts. Beds were comfy and doing yoga on the rooftop every morning was so dreamy. Not to mention this town is SO FUN!! Thank you Summer for an incredible experience!

Una casa muy completa, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, limpia con alberca climatizada, tiene detalles en cada rincón y la comunicación con la anfitriona fue 10 de 10, playas hermosas muy cerca y varias opciones de comida 👌🏽✨sin duda volveríamos.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect,just a short, easy 10-minute walk to the town plaza and some truly incredible restaurants. Despite being so close to town, the area was very quiet at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The rooms were spotless, and the bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and was also very clean and organized. The hosts were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We loved spending time by the pool, which had both sunny and shady areas throughout the day,great for whatever mood you're in. The rooftop was another favorite spot, offering beautiful views and comfortable seating. Whether you wanted to soak up the sun on the loungers or chill in the shaded area, it was the ideal place to unwind. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows and linens were high quality,soft and cozy. As a bonus, they even had cold beer waiting!

Octavios place was quiet and comfortable. Having access to Azul Pitaya was a major bonus!

We stayed at Patsy's place for a month in March/April 2025 and we had a great stay! We loved the quiet Northside location and used the heated pool and hot tub every day - it was a nice touch to have it heated! The house manager heped us with any little issue we had and was quick to help. Having the reverse osmosis system for drinking water was fantastic! One thing I would recommend would be an update to pots/pans, but that's pretty much standard with any airbnb!

Todo excelente en cuanto a la estancia y el lugar en general, las fotos coinciden tal cual a lo que es y nos encantó a mi y a mi familia hospedarnos en este lugar, excelente comunicación, playa a unos minutos en coche, alberca muy tranquila y zona bonita con oxxo a la vuelta, la única observación es que las toallas y el mueble les falta mantenimiento, el mueble está sucio, podría arreglarse fácilmente, de ahí en más todo perfecto me volvería a hospedar aquí!

Todo bien, solo el sofá cama es muy caliente, estaría muy bien que cambiaran el material del sofá

Excelente apartamento super espacioso, cada cuarto con su baño. Una vista increíble desde la terraza. Muy buenas amenidades tanto en el Lobby como el infinity pool del Roof.

J'aime tellement ce condo que j'y suis retournée pour un mois complet, cette année. Grand espace lumineux avec une immense terrasse qui permet de profiter de la lumière toute la journée. Le condo est très bien aménagé, les meubles ont été choisis avec soin et la cuisine est très bien équipée, ce qui est un avantage intéressant pour un long séjour. J'aime beaucoup son emplacement, près de restaurants, d'un dépanneur Oxxo et de différents services. Si vous aimez marcher, vous êtes tout près de deux beaux boulevards (Las Palmas et Cocoteros) où la nature est verdoyante et seulement à 12 minutes à pied de la magnifique plage de Nuevo Nayarit. Puertarena accueille une communauté intéressante de propriétaires résidents et de visiteurs. L'endroit est bien entretenu et sécuritaire. Bref, ce condo a tous les atouts pour vous plaire et vous ne le regretterez pas. Je souhaite y retourner l'an prochain. Claudette.

Great location! Close to the beach and a bunch of really good restaurants nearby. Only a short walk to a few breakfast spots and an awesome sushi restaurant. Beautiful pool and grounds and very safe with 24/7 security. The apartment was clean and comfortable, great wifi and parking included. And Roberto was very responsive and available if you need anything.

We had a great stay - being on the beach is priceless. We loved the pool - it was huge, beautiful and never crowded. I loved not having to fight for a pool chair. The place itself does take a beating from being on the ocean, but that is to be expected with a beachfront location. The kitchen was serviceable - but the porch was incredible - we loved sitting out there in the morning watching the ocean. Restaurants are super walkable and many are really, really good. The ocean right in front of the condo was a bit rough for us, but we just walked down the beach towards a smaller cove and found good swimming for our 12 and 15 year old boys. Overall it was a terrific trip! Thanks for sharing this special place with us!
