Excelente lugar, coincide totalmente con lo descrito en el anuncio y tiene bonita playa

Un depa increíble , con una vista asombrosa. Bastante amplio con una terraza súper padre, todos los trastes que se necesitan, una cocina completa. Las almohadas un poco duras pero nada extremo. Avisamos que la cafetera no servía y nuestra host nos contestó bastante rápido. En general todo súper bien ya que la ubicación está muy bien con vista al mar y acceso a la playa directa y el depa parece de lujo!

El departamento es más bonito de lo que ya se percibe en las fotos, la lleva y el acceso son sencillos y fáciles, está súper bien ubicado, podrás disfrutar de una estancia con mucha privacidad. La alberca es muy grande, el gimnasio muy bueno y disponible todo el tiempo, está muy cerca de otras playas que también se pueden conocer y cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Es un gran lugar, cómodo, espacioso y de muy buen gusto.

This home was perfect for our family. We have three boys, 13/11/9, and the proximity to the beach and pool created endless activities. The view from the back porch is priceless, the small community is very friendly, and all of Sayulita is easily walkable from the house. Best yet, there is a really tasty restaurant just across the street and a local stand that has everything you need. I recommend this location for any family with small kids.

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

New construction, everything in working order, great private rooftop patio, good shared pool, fantastic location close to downtown and marina but away from noise and also a quick walk to the beaches on the sideroad right next to the condo.

Octavios place was quiet and comfortable. Having access to Azul Pitaya was a major bonus!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My wife, myself and our toddler had the best time relaxing and enjoying this beautiful home. We loved playing outside in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We cooked a lot of our meals outside on the grill and that was awesome. The hosts were very accommodating with our toddler and provided a high chair and a pack and play. We walked around and explored the nearby areas including some restaurants, shops and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. We are so glad that we found this gem and had the time we did here. We will definitely be back!

Excelente ubicación albercas grandes con jacuzzi ambiente muy familiar y agradable

Second time visiting this great town. Feels protected from the many tourists visiting the area. Amazing, peaceful stay. Spacious condo with everything we needed. Great to have our own little area for chairs/table right next to the pool. Tree just outside crawling with wildlife every morning: iguanas, herons, egrets. Teresa's Tacos, El Sueño de Mita, Norma's Tacos, Pescaderia Punta de Mita, all within walking distance. The constant noise of the waves throughout our time. Next time probably won't bother with a rental car -- we were happy to just stick within a walk of condo.

Muy bonito lugar en cuanto al espacio del del depa y de la áreas comunes! Tiene una vista espectacular al mar. Mis hijos se divertían muchísimo en la alberca de abajo. Inconvenientes muy pocos pero rosmery si los menciona!

Lindo departamento el condominio muy padre y la vista del depa súper bien

Our condo was clean and well stocked with all the amenities. Pool and workout area were great. We were only 2 people so we had plenty of space. The staff was very friendly. We felt safe walking all over town. Be sure to eat at Mr. Cream, Meet Meat, and Karen’s.

A pesar de la diferencia de horario por el lugar donde habita Brian, siempre estuvo atento a cualquier duda, muy amable. El lugar muy bonito, el condominio tiene reglas muy claras que se deben tomar en cuenta. La pequeña playa tiene muchas piedras, en general en Bucerias en estos tiempos, hay muchísimas piedras, cosa que hace algunos años no estaba así, para considerar. Los asoleados muy cómodos, al igual que la alberca. El restaurante aunque tiene un horario recortada, está muy rico y quienes atienden, muy muy amables. Nuestra estancia en general fue muy agradable.

This condo is starting to show its age, but the location and space trump everything. The view is wonderful. Being able to slip through the hedge to Vidanta is a big plus for kids and adults - then you can slip back into this peaceful, comfortable and spacious unit. We enjoyed every minute here.
