The house is located on the outskirts of the city, ideal for those passing through or wanting to avoid city traffic. You can park in a safe, closed yard, which is a big advantage; you don't have to unpack all your luggage, it's a perfect solution to avoid the parking misery prevailing in the city center; your car is safe here. The rooms are spacious and airy, with a huge inner courtyard and an upstairs terrace for morning coffee and evening wine (while enjoying beautiful sunsets). Everything is perfectly clean. It is also perfect for families, one room has a double bed and the other has a single bed. Each room has a TV; there is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge in the hallway and a coffee machine (capsule ready) which is great for the morning. The CBA store, where you can shop, is a few minutes' walk away. The hosts are helpful and very nice who speak very good English; we are glad to have met them! Thanks for everything!

This is a beautiful property, ideal for our family (three generations traveling together). Designed to a very high level, smart technologies, panoramic views, friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended.

Alex and Dora’s place is very charming and cozy, we stayed a couple of nights and had access to town with our car. The area is very quiet and green. The hosts were very helpful with our late check in.

Our stay was so nice and relaxing. Surrounded by stunning landscapes and peaceful forest views, it was the perfect escape. The chalet was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed — especially the hot tub, which was amazing after a walk around in the forest. We loved relaxing in the hot water and waking up to the sounds of nature. The hosts were fantastic, very responsive and helpful and we’re already planning our next visit!

There are not enough stars that can show how great is this house. Beautiful, very clean, quiet location, everything you need in the house. The host was amazing. I recently stayed at Iulia Place with my family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and provided a great base for exploring the region. Although the main attractions we visited, such as the Happy Cemetery and Bârsana Monastery, were not local, the location of Iulia Place made it easy for us to reach these amazing sites. The garden was a great space for our kids to play, and we appreciated the convenient parking right on-site. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Iulia Place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the area. We would definitely return!
