Every time I come to rocky point I always book with Airbnb and they never disappoint. This resort was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do. I would recommend staying at this resort.

The place was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there. We would have liked some more utensils and other things in the kitchen so we didn't have to try and buy so much, but we understand how that goes and were not upset in the slightest. Overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

Very responsive host. Quick to come help out if needed. Very private home. Perfect for privacy and relaxation. Very comfortable stay.

Great place to stay, right in front of the beach. Very roomy Villa with lots of room and cold a/c in the living room.( The rooms dont have a/c) We felt safe at all times, its a locked, only guests are allowed inside. The only con would be that it was lacking basic things like hand soap sponge to wash dishes and utensils for bbq grill, but we just had to message them and they would bring it up. Great staff, everyone was nice and helpful. We didnt know we had to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to our place and it was kind of hard with little kids. Next time we stay we will ask for a ground level villa. We had a firepit, drink and music right outside the door in our private balcony and it was great. It looks like all villas have fence around the balcony except where we stayed, it only has a little ledge and it was kind of scary with little kids around. Overall it was great experience and we will book here in the future.

Excelente lugar muy tranquilo a las afueras de Puerto Peñasco donde a veces hay mucha mas gente. La unidad contaba con todo lo necesario y estaba en muy buenas condiciones. Bastante recomendable para unas vacaciones tranquilas en familia!... El unico inconveniente fue que hubo bastante alga/sargazo en la playa, de ahi en mas todo muy bien. El manager de mantenimiento es super amable y accesible y nos dio varias recomendaciones de lugares locales que visitar o cosas que hacer (muchas gracias por su hospitalidad!)

The Condo I had original booked had gone under maintenance and FMI was able to accommodate and move me over to a Villa at no additional cost which was amazing. Thank you!

Excelente estancia. El lugar era seguro, estaba muy bien ubicado ya que estaba en el centro de la zona donde se localizan los viñedos y restaurantes por lo que los traslados fueron fáciles y rápidos. La comunicación desde un principio fue muy buena.

This place is beautiful and had everything we needed! Boan is an excellent host and always replied to all of our questions. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Muy contentos, casas espaciosas y zona tranquila. El precio si es elevado pero la alberca vale la pena, alberca muy grande, las habitaciones estaban de buen tamaño, la playa no esta tan cerca, a unos 5 minutos en carro. Considerar si lo que te gusta es la alberca. En general muy bien, sin duda regresaremos.

Came here for my friend’s bachelorette weekend and we had the most wonderful time. There is a main house with 3 rooms and 3 casitas that aren’t attached to the house but on the same lot. It was all soooo beautiful. The views were unreal. Christina was so helpful and communicative the whole time. Definitely would come back!

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, clearly recently renovated, and had everything we needed. It felt fresh, clean, and super comfortable. The beach was absolutely beautiful and just a short walk away—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet, and we always felt safe thanks to the excellent security in the area. One of the best parts was how great and communicative the host was. They made the whole process so smooth—check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and they were always quick to respond to any questions. It made our stay even more enjoyable knowing we were well taken care of. Overall, such a relaxing and positive experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet beach escape!

El alojamiento y el tiempo de reacción del equipo de Staybaja fue muy rápido, y la casa está en excelentes condiciones. Además, contar con el servicio del hotel es muy cómodo. Mi único comentario sería que una de las recámaras de abajo no tenía agua caliente en la regadera. También sería útil especificar que la alberca y la zona exterior de la casa no son de uso privado, sino de uso comunitario del hotel, por lo que les resulta complicado mantenerlas limpias debido al flujo de personas. Sin embargo, fuera de eso, recomiendo ampliamente la estancia y, sin duda, me quedaría nuevamente en mi siguiente visita. Gracias por el servicio.

4th time at Frank's and we still love it! The space is just perfect for taking a big family group. The kitchen space is the best for gathering and each bedroom having it's own bathroom is a huge bonus. We will be back once again next year! Frank is an excellent host and responds quickly if needed.

Amazing place with such friendly hosts. Perfect little spot by the ocean for surf and sunsets. Enjoyed the amenities too like hot tub and wish we got to play shuffleboard! Maybe next time 😏

Cesar was super friendly and communicated fast and with advance notice about the check in. He has great communication and service. The place was beautiful to us it looks beautiful in person compared to the photos. And it was clean, had everything we needed along with great views! Would definitely recommend and we would love to be back!

Todo estaba muy bonito! Muy amables ! Todo limpio.

El alojamiento estaba super equipado, tanto la cocina, baños y recamaras, no tengo ninguna queja. Lo que más me sorprendió son lo limpia y cómoda de las camas, cobijas y toallas, siempre cargo con las mías por malas experiencias, pero todo se veía limpio y casi nuevo. Sin duda volvería a ese lugar.

We’ve stayed at Zach’s place twice and absolutely love it. The house is cozy, beautiful and extremely clean. The host is very resourceful and friendly. The beach is a quick walk away, the community feels safe and the employees who run the resort are helpful, kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We will continue visiting this Airbnb with our kids. It’s perfect for a quick beach getaway.

Everything was as described. Only a few things: the bedrooms with carpet smelled a bit musty and the upstairs are did not have a mini fridge and did not have a fan… other than that it was great.

Kerry and Kailah were great communicators and we enjoyed staying at their beach side condos!

La casa tal cual se ve en las fotos,muy limpia y tranquila la zona todo muy cercas...muy comoda nos sentimos como en casa,la alberca super bien y muy limpia...sin duda alguna la proxima vez nos hospedariamos de nuevo ahi.
