"Casa Mar" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. "Casita 3" offers an immaculate two bedroom lower level space with a kitchenette, living room with a sofa sleeper, a 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a bath, with a master bedroom featuring a king bed and private bathroom.
