Cartref Cottage is in the grounds of a large Victorian House near Bala in rural North Wales. Amazing views. Located in Eryri (Snowdonia), a mile from Llyn Tegid- the largest natural lake in Wales, surrounded by the Arenig, Aran and Berwyn mountains. Local activities include watersports, walking, climbing, road / mountain biking. One bedroom, (one double and one single bed). Kitchen / diner and shower room. "Glyn Mawr Holiday Cottage" is a beautiful, newly renovated cottage with stunning views over Bala lake and mountains. It's set back in it's own valley and has incredible 360 degree views of nature. It's just 10 mins drive from Bala town and walking distance to the lake. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the enclosed garden there are views of Bala lake and mountains. There's a kingsize bed upstairs + a kingsize sofa bed downstairs to sleep four.

2 bed /2 bath luxury barn conversion with hot tub

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

A Grade II listed Tithe Barn from the 1700s, converted into a 2 bedroom cottage with facilities for a comfortable stay for 3 persons. The cottage has a sitting room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 ensuite bedrooms. The cottage is set in 8 acres of the property which is close to the shores of Lake Bala and within the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. We can provide maps, bike storage, drying room and free off road parking and also advise on attractions and outdoor activities.

Yr Efail is a converted blacksmiths workshop.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

Ty Beic is two, one bedroom holiday cottages perched on a hill above the tiny hamlet of Sarnau, near Bala, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. These two restored stone barns are a magical place to stay all year round providing a perfect base for exploring North Wales. The Barn is a one bedroom detached cottage with exposed beams and stone walls and magnificent views of the Berwyn Mountains. It is furnished to a very high standard with a certain offbeat charm.

The cottage offers a perfect retreat for those looking for a base to explore the beautiful surrounding area. Situated in the beautiful village of Llandderfel near Bala, this cottage is ideal for a peaceful getaway. A fantastic base for walking or just chilling, the local, recently refurbished pub a short walk away. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, has full central heating and a log/coal burner. 1x double bed, 1x single and a double sofa bed in the lounge if needed. Bala town & lake 10mins drive. Parking is free in the village square. Well behaved pets allowed
