Wonderful beach front property for families - Blocks from Balboa Pier, Ferry, & Boating. Enjoy spectacular Newport; one on-site parking space in back. Rental is the First floor 4 bed, 2bath of duplex. Our family has enjoyed renting for 20 plus years as guest families enjoy beach house, sand toys, BBQ, patio and surf. Upstairs unit shares main/exterior entrance; guest have locked separate inner door. Thoughtful renters - no partiers please. 9 pm quiet. (SLP13141 - includes 10% City Resort Fee)

3BR luxury balboa beach house minutes from beach

Newly renovated beach house with top of the line kitchen appliances, high end memory foam beds, work station (office) with 100mb wifi, 60in HDTV with 220+ channels, laundry/garage parking, and located steps from the beach. Also has a fully furnished large patio for a bbq dinner in paradise. Across the street is the Pavilions supermarket and minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa.

Beachfront Oasis

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.
