The place is so nice and malapit sa mga store.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The place was great! It was big enough for the maximum number or guests. Rooms were good. We did not foresee that 1 room had no AC, so with the current weather we cannot use the room for sleeping. But everything else (expectation) was met.

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

This was our third stay at Kirei House Bulacan, and once again, it was perfect for our family of four. The location is incredibly convenient—close to our family and just a short trip to SM for any grocery needs. We love the Japanese-inspired design—minimalist, clean, and free of clutter. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the added touch of books and games made our stay even more enjoyable. Kirei House continues to be a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Bulacan. Looking forward to our next visit!

This is the second time that I used this home through Janet/ Andrew. They are great people, host, friendly and professional. I will continue to use this home each time I come to visit family in the area. Great place for a staycation. Perfect for the summer months as the pool is still warm even at around 9pm mla. The place is fully air conditioned so you wont feel the heat when inside.

My son enjoyed a lot spending his birthday at Casa Oxciano. Place is perfect for family staycation and bonding as well as pool parties!

Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute delight. Ms. Juli was an exceptional host, always responsive and flexible, making our stay seamless. The house was well-kept, offering high-quality linens and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Special thanks to Ms. Daisy, the house caretaker, who provided superb assistance, including marketing and cooking services. The fresh ingredients and delicious meals, especially the inihaw na Tilapia, were a highlight. We enjoyed Netflix at the cozy outdoor viewing area and the kids loved the pool, which was perfectly located for easy supervision. The layout of the house was ideal for family gatherings. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful staycation home not only for its place but also because of Ms. Juli's gracious hospitality. It was truly a hassle-free, enjoyable family celebration. Just a short drive from metro manila. Clean. Linens, sheets, and blankets smelled great. Very responsive owner and approachable caretakers. Always ready to give a hand.

Super ganda ng place! 😍 yung pool area dn malaki pdeng pde tlg sa big groups! Pde dn magevent tapos yung lahat ng ilaw hanggang unaga bukas lahat kaya super ganda sa mga pics nmin!! ☺️ pati mga staff ang babait!! Madali din kausap lahat ng ngaccomodate samin dyo sa airbnb and sa venue mismo. Yung papasok na kalsada lang masikip pero me parking area nmn pro super worth the price! ♥️

Place is very clean and nice. Well ventilated. Well lighted. There is also free hygiene kit that other's don't have. Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with, from the time you sent your payment up to the time you left the pad. We had so much fun and satisfied overall. Thank you, Host ❤️.

I stumbled upon this airbnb 2 days before our check-in and it did not dissapoint! The place looked exactly how the pictures were. It's my most favorite one so far among all the places I've been to in the past. The kitchen/living room was clean & pretty. All the rooms were already cold when we arrived. We all enjoyed our stay & is definitely thinking about coming back again with more people. My favorite parts overall are the kitchen/living area, cooler outside with bottle opener (hehe), automated gates, and spacious rooms! We can't wait to come back! Thank you for being kind & accommodating to us. 🩷

First person greeted me in the premises was the owner himself. Had a good talk about the place and personally shared his own recommendations about the place. The place has a nice and peaceful neighborhood. It is notable that the place is almost spotless. It didn’t look like how old it is. I recommend this place 9/10

It's a good find especially if we want to hang out with our friends up north. lots of things to do and very spacious.

We had a great stay at the house. Pool was clean. Rooms were spacious and the aircon was very cold. Cooking and dining utensils were readily available. Parking is secure. Bert was very helpful during our stay. We'll definitely consider booking the place again if we do come back to Clark. Thank you for accommodating our family!
