Helt nybyggd lägenhet i villan! Tar emot 2 vuxna, och ett barn. Stort badrum på 10 kvm, med bastu, badkar, dusch, wc och handfat. Rum på ca 20 kvm med en dubbelsäng. Alla lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. En soffgrupp och pentry finns med. Du får en kod till dörren av värden ankomstdagen. Ni kan checka in hur sent ni vill. Även laddbox till elbil finns mot en kostnad per kilowattimme. Den mesta belysningen är dimbar. En uteplats på en veranda under tak är tillgänglig.

Unsere 2025 fertiggestellte Waldvilla ist umringt von zahlreichen Kiefernbäumen und liegt direkt im Küstenwald nur 200m entfernt vom wunderschönen Sandstrand des Seebads Lubmin. Es handelt sich um ein einzigartiges holzverkleidetes Architektenhaus mit großer eigener Terrasse, zwei Schlafzimmern jeweils mit Kingsize Boxspringbett und separaten Bädern, einem Kinderzimmer, Sauna, Kamin und modernster Inneneinrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und direkt zum Wohlfühlen einlädt.

Charmigt och mysigt hus på landet, där man kan bo året runt. Ett idylliskt ställe där man kan koppla av, nära till skog, sjöar, naturreservat och fantaskiska kantarell ställen. Huset har en stor veranda och fin tomt som sträcker sig runt huset och in i den värmländska skogen. En kort cykeltur bort hittar ni mataffär, pizzeria och bensinstation (ca 3km). Vill ni uppleva den värmländska idyllen och de mystiska skogarna så har ni hittat rätt.
