Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

Arif’s place was spacious and highly tailored to accommodate our large family who came from out of town for my wedding. It’s minutes away from Forest Valley Hall as well as many shops and a couple of shopping malls, too. As for the house, we especially loved the kitchen which seemed purpose built for large gatherings and masak-masak sessions. This was a great choice and we recommend this to other large families as well!

Easy access for wheelchair and elderly person, Mamak shop Nasi Kandar Kayu 24 hours. Will book again next time, easy access to LDP and others roads

A wonderful stay, we enjoyed it immensely. The apartment is very clean and in a fantastic location. Yang was very helpful and responsive during our stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur if the property is available.

Alvin’s place was really good and I had a comfortable stay there. He was really responsive and helpful whenever I needed to communicate with him. The Roku/TV device wasn’t working at first that he changed right away. Definitely worth staying at this spot!

Such a great place to stay. Easy to find also nearby a few malls. Have aircond but also provide stand fan, really thoughtful. also have a mini bar for us. I dont have to go outside to buy anything, i already have a mini bar inside the house. Overall everything great!

the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

The place is clean, spacious, and perfectly located close to everything you need. There's even a direct entrance from the mall downstairs, which makes access super convenient. Getting there the first time can be a little confusing, as it involves switching elevators in different sections of the building, but once you figure it out, it’s all smooth sailing.

Pro: spacious, beautiful, and every room is equipped with excellent entertainment --- Cons: not much choice in terms of eateries within walking distance. There is only one mamak nearby with terrible roti canai Noisy at night. Got disco/karaoke idk, interrupting my sleep and some intermittent beeping noise with unknown origin nevertheless, still a great place. Will consider to come again

Great apartment, great building block, nice views, shower was great water pressure and hot water doesn’t finish. AC is working really good

Let's start from the beginning. Check in was a bit rough. Part of it is our fault. We rented a car and I didn't know that we just need to drive through the guard gates. We illegally parked and looked for a reception and was told to drive in before I can even start check in process which I think was weird. That was just a blip because the rest of the trip was wonderful. The place was spacious for all 6 of us. It is highly strategic, there's literally food everywhere. It is clean and Michael was extremely responsive. Travelling with three kids are pretty difficult and requires a lot of planning. Michael makes the stay extremely easy and it made our vacation so much better. Would definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone else.
