On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. This one bedroom apartment is located in the very center of the city of Bar. It is newly refurbished and located in one of the oldest buildings in Bar. It is located on the fifth floor and is turned away from the street which makes it very calm and cozy. The apartment is accessible via elevator. It has heating (either using biomass energy heater or airconditioner) and two AC units. It has WiFI, two smart TVs and a big kitchen, toilet, and bed.

This modern apartment is on the top (3rd) floor in our private house. Two bedrooms , big kitchen with eating place ,air conditioning , wifi, TV, living room and large terrace with jacuzzi and beautiful sea view. The walking distance to the beach is 2 km (around 15 minutes). The supermarket is 5 minutes by walk. Free parking at the house. If you're coming with a small child (until 3 y/o) we can provide the crib on request.

Distance from the capital city Podgorica is 30km (20 min ride). Nearest sea coast is away 15-20 min ride, via tunnel Sozina. Beautiful small town Petrovac is away approximately 25 min ride.

Set in Virpazar, 1.2 km from Lake Skadar, Villa SEMEDER provides a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a garden with a barbecue. This villa features a terrace. This air-conditioned villa is fitted with a bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, as well as kettle. The Host can offer helpful tips for getting around the area.
