A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

Cozy studio cabin directly across the road from Walkabout Creek Environmental Centre, Enogerra Reservoir & D'Aguilar National Park. Hike, trail-run, swim, kayak, SUP, Flora/Fauna, Wildlife Centre, & cafe. Shops close by. Bus station is a 5 min walk. We live adjacent with children & use the same driveway but will respect your privacy. Weekend traffic can be busy but weekdays are usually quiet. Lockbox entry, no check-in. Driving Distance: 12km/20 minutes from Brisbane City. No laundry amenities.

Located 50m from the bus stop, 100m to Toowong station, 200m to Toowong ferry. It's 5 minute walk to Brisbane Boys College and Toowong shopping village with an abundance of restaurants, cafes and a Coles supermarket as well as a 24 hour NighOwl. 7 minute drive to St Peters and Queensland University (St Lucia). Enjoy sitting on the deck with its great views to the city and Mt Cootha. The house is comfortable, pet friendly and suitable for all with a fully fenced garden and a ping pong table!

Clean, private and secure 1-bedroom guest suite

This is the private, self-contained guest suite of a large, busy family home. Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own door, deck, travertine shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and small built-in robe. Queen bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and small BBQ on the deck. Minimum 2-night stay and 10% discount for 7 nights or more. Free street parking.
