The beautifully restored medieval buildings of Stonegate and the Shambles provide the perfect setting for some last minute shopping. Wonderful self-contained flat which comprises of the whole lower ground floor of a four storey Grade 2 listed townhouse. Located within Summerhill Square which is a historic Georgian / Victorian Square on the western edge of Newcastle city centre the flat is within easy walking distance of Central Station, St James’ Park, Newcastle Arena, the 02 academy, the Universities & all major amenities. Summerhill Square is probably Newcastle's most attractive and desirable inner city residential area.

Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.
