**Wedding Parties: This home is 2 blocks to Hotel LBI, 1 mile to Bonnet Island Estate, 2 miles to Mallard Island. Walk to Bonnet Island using guarded walkway. We go to great length to make your stay easy, so that you can focus on your event. We provide made beds, linens. For the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. Off street parking. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

Grandma's LBI House

Bring the whole family to our spacious house on the beach block in Barnegat Light, recently highlighted in the Washington Post as a relaxing beach. There are spaces to be by yourself and read a book and spaces to gather together and eat, talk, play games or watch movies. Outside, you can take the short walk a half block to the dunes and beach. Or walk a few blocks to the township park and playground, Barnegat Lighthouse, and shops and restaurants. Everything is here for you to come and relax!

Located on the west side of Barnegat Bay in Berkeley Township, this house is a great place to vacation. This part of town is quiet with plenty of open space to kayak, canoe, boat, crab, fish, or bird watch in the back yard or enjoy the view with a coffee in the morning and glass of wine at night. At night, you have a spectacular view of stars. Casual restaurant in easy walking distance. Great Location for relaxing and getting back to nature. If you like the beach, its a short car ride away.
