The studio space has everything you need. The terrace was wonderful to have. The kitchenette was well stocked. The pool was fantastic, and a great place to spend the afternoon. You can walk about a km to the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. Ronette provided lots of tips for the area. Walk up to the Mirador, it’s a great hike. The air conditioning worked well. All the comforts of home.

This place was a little piece of heaven. The location, the amenities, the attention to detail, the TACOS - impeccable. Best side of Jaco Beach and Gracias Madre is right on it, just walk out the gate and there you are. Yet because the apartments are recessed a bit, the rooms felt private and secluded. The little pool is lovely, as are the design-forward references to dia de los muertos that permeate the decor. The apartment is one I'd live in (and I really wish I could have stayed longer), had absolutely everything you'd need and want, including complementary little items like chocolate covered dried banana in the cupboard, sunscreen and beach mats by the door, usb chargers and Bluetooth speakers on the bedside tables. The appliances are all top notch as are the cookware and glassware. The A/C from the mini split was reliably refreshing and the bed was perfect. But maybe the best part was the TACOS served at the attached restaurant - ate three different kinds and loved them all.

Great location. Photos don’t do it justice. Amazing swimming pool looking over the ocean. Clean, spacious rooms. The view from the condo patio is great. Great to hear/ see the ocean. Right on the beach for easy morning walks. We had massages in the condo and it was so easy to arrange with Kenia at home spa and we all gave 5 stars for our massage. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

Myself and a group of 10 close friends stayed at Ryan’s home as we were in Jaco celebrating our friends bachelor party. I can’t recommend this home enough. From its proximity to the beach and many great restaurants and shops, to its size, and its incredible backyard patio. I also have to give a shout out to Keyna who was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed for our stay as well as giving great local recommendations and always checking up on us if we needed anything. All in all, an amazing home worth every penny.

We were really happy with this Airbnb. The Checkin process was really easy and everybody was really welcoming. The communication was great as well. If we had questions or problems, there was always someone to help us. The room was just as described and the outdoor facilities were amazing. We only used the pool area ( which was great) but the range of outdoor activities is endless. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb :))

Roger kept us up to date on everything with very clear instructions. Super clean house, a/c worked well, plenty of space for our dog and the early/late checkout was wonderful! Great stay! Very quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night sleep. Thank you!

El departamento era absolutamente encantador. Gran decoración, muy amplio, limpio, las camas estaban súper cómodas y la cocina tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, también tenía un aire acondicionado potente y una gran televisión 4k, así que nos sentimos súper cómodos durante nuestra estancia. El departamento está en piso 15, por lo que obtienes una hermosa vista de la ciudad y las montañas. Fue muy fácil hacer el check in, La anfitriona fue súper receptiva y nos ayudo con recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en la zona. La piscina está en piso 24 y tiene una vista increíble y en la zona hay muchos cafés, restaurantes y dos parques muy lindos para salir a caminar. Hice la reservación tarde en la noche y aún así obtuve una respuesta inmediata. Definitivamente me hospedaría aquí de nuevo.

We had an incredible stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The house was perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The décor was beautiful and inviting, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location is awesome, near to the beach and the pool. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge each night. Our host was fantastic, always responsive and attentive to messages, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This villa exceeded all our expectations – it’s even more beautiful than in the photos! The view over Playa Hermosa is stunning, and every morning and evening we saw toucans and scarlet macaws right from the terrace – closer than in some national parks. It’s peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for recharging. I loved doing Pilates on the terrace each morning. The hosts were kind, helpful, and shared wonderful stories with us. They even provided yoga mats! The access road is a bit rough (gravel), and at first I was nervous with our smaller car, but we got used to it quickly – just take it slow in low gear. Totally worth it. We would absolutely love to come back!

El lugar es hermoso y limpio. Tiene mucho espacio y es muy cómodo. Lo único a considerar es la piscina ya que es pequeña pero todo lo demás como las amenidades y la atención de los encargados es espectacular. Aunque no hay supermercados cerca, el servicio de buses es bueno. Es muy accesible ya que se puede llegar en transporte público.

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Stephanie was an amazing host! Very friendly, responsive, accommodating, and flexible. Her place is walking distance to the strip and beach. It was clean, well-decorated, and very spacious. She also provides a guidebook that was helpful with navigating Jaco. It covered everything, restaurants, transportation, activities, etc. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and would definitely stay here again :)

Primero que todo felicitar a Mary por la excelente atención y trato respetuoso que nos brindó en todo momento, el lugar es realmente hermoso y cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. El acceso a la playa es de 5 minutos caminado, solo cruzar una calle y estás disfrutando de los mejores atardeceres. El lugar es impecable y está provisto con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. Sin duda volveríamos a visitarlo!!

We had an amazing stay in Jacó! This place was everything we hoped for—clean, quiet, private, and very spacious. The AC also keeps the place very coool! The pool was absolutely beautiful and a perfect way to relax after exploring the area. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. On top of all that, the price was an incredible bargain for everything included. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Jacó, it is such a nice place to go back to after long days of adventuring—would definitely stay here again!
