It was awesome Larissa is an open and really friendly hostess and showed the whole apartment to us in a clear and efficient way. We all enjoyed our visit in Basel and since we are already planning our next visit in Basel my friends already asked me if we could stay at her flat again.

Tania es excelente anfitriona. Nos dejó la nevera llena de suministros (mucha agua, jugo, leche, jamón, queso, café, chocolates, etc.). El apartamento es cómodo con cama grande y bien ubicado. Me quedaría de nuevo.

Wir waren zusammen mit Kind (6 Jahre) bei Iman in der Unterkunft. Der Kontakt vorab und vor Ort war wahnsinnig freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Tolle große Unterkunft mit Wintergarten, für uns jetzt im November perfekt.

Logement situé dans une zone pavillonnaire et verte, à quelques minutes du centre ville. Le lieu est très calme, le logement est agréable, propre et ordonné avec grand soin. On y a sa propre autonomie puisque les propriétaires vivent à l'étage tandis qu'on est logé au rez-de-chaussé. Par ailleurs, Isabella et son mari ont répondu efficacement à chacune de mes sollicitations. Merci à eux pour leur accueil.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful villa in Gerlodswil, Switzerland, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The villa's location was fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The accommodations provided the perfect balance of comfort and luxury, with a private swimming pool and a balcony offering stunning views, which became our favorite spots during the stay. What stood out the most was how everything was exactly as advertised, making it easy to enjoy both the tranquility of the area and the local amenities. Nadja, the host, was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available to ensure that our stay was perfect. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat in Switzerland. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Very nice, cozy apartment at a ideal location - very quite yet with a direct connection to the Messe. You get everything you need in the house and can enjoy the shunshine or evening breeze on the balcony. It's a shame that we didn't meet Jinhee in person, but Tom was also such a nice and warm-hearted host! Always patient for every question and request. Many thanks!

Loved staying the Bea and the family! The house is warm and friendly with animals and kids. The bedroom is beautiful on the top floor. Very cozy and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

Die liebe Birgit ist sogar im Dunkeln in der Kälte herumgerannt um mich abzuholen da mein Navi mich falsch geleitet hatte. Frühstück ans Bett gebracht hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr 😀! Sie ist eine sehr freundliche Host und das ganze Haus hübsch und kunstvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wäre gerne noch länger geblieben, hatte aber nur 1 Nacht.

Jolanda ist eine gutheißen Seele, mit der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Obschon ich nach einem Konzert erst spät am Abend in ihrem Haus eintreffen konnte, blieb sie extra für mich wach und erklärte und zeigte mir alles, was für meinen Aufenthalt nützlich war. Das grosse Bett, mit der besten Matratze der Welt, wiegt einem sofort in den Schlaf. Am nächsten Morgen erwartet dich eine Hammeraussicht aus dem schönen Gästezimmer in romantischem Stil. Besser geht nicht mehr! Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank für alles, liebe Jolanda!

Sanja war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, das Zimmer war perfekt und sehr gemütlich. Man konnte die Baseler Altstadt gut fußläufig erreichen und für alles weitere den Bus oder die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür nehmen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei euch!

Tanya is a great host! I was left with no where to stay right before Art Basel due to a miscommunication with work, and there her place was, with the right price, the right location, the right level of cleanliness, and updated features, and there is even a balcony to boot! She is a friendly, responsive, and communicative host before and during your stay! She even brought me an iron when she didn't have one. She made check-out flexible and easy. Thank you Tanya for opening up your home to me!

Both of them, Timi and Roman are so nice and lovely hosts. The apartment is just amazing, they take so much care about everything. They are open and totally ready to chat in the middle of the night on their lovely balcony. 😉 the bathroom was clean, the bed and blankets are so comfy, we really felt like home. My husband and I were in Switzerland to visit family and friends and the location of Franz Josef's apartment was very convenient for us to do this. Frequent transport possibilities are close by with supermarkets and shopping just a few stops away. The clean and bright apartment was tastefully furnished and decorated. Clear written instructions and labels were provided. A well equipped kitchen enabled preparation of almost any kind of meal. Excellent wi-fi and big screen tv, along with modern appliances made it a very pleasant stay. The only negative would have been the construction noise going on at the hospital over the road during the day, which is not something that can be blamed on Franz Josef. However, nights and weekends were very quiet and there is a pleasant view from the balcony over the nearby hills and park. We would definitely recommend staying at Franz Josef's apartment.
