The apartment is located in a strategic position, Via Maggio n.1: in the heart of the city, between Borgo San Frediano (considered by Lonely Planet one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world) and the extraordinary monuments and masterpieces of Florence such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Museum, Il Duomo and the elegant Via Tornabuoni with its super-chic shops. The possibility of self-check in will soon be available, especially for those who have to arrive after 7 pm. the entire apartment. We will be at your disposal to give you all informations to spend an authentic vacation in Florence! The apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic center, a stone's throw from the famous Ponte Vecchio and its famed jewelry shops. Take a stroll to the Santo Spirito district to discover its lively cafes and vibrant Tuscan restaurants. From the train station Santa Maria Novella you can take the taxi (just 5 minutes) or the bus number 6 and get off in Lungarno Guicciardini ( the bus stop is called "Pescaia di santa Rosa") and from there 2 minutes by walk. If you have the car you can park at the Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Iacopo 10 (+39.055.282542 - two minutes by walk from our apartment) If you book it you will avoid the fine as it is in ZTL area. From the Airport of Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" you can take the taxi (around 20 minutes) or take the special bus to reach the central train station; check the website for timetable: www.areoporto.firenze.it on item Transports. The apartment is located in ancient building at the first floor (20 confort steps to make) no elevator. The apartement can accomodate up to 3 adults (King size bed 1,80 m x 2 m, 1 confort sofa bed 1,20 m x 1,90 ) both with lattex hypoallergenic mattresses). It will be possible also to 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Our staff will attend the check-in from 04.00 until 07.00 but if you need a different time please feel to ask and we can find a suitable solution for you . Self check-in will be also available asap. The air conditioning will be at your disposal from middle of April (work in progress)

The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Het appartement is uitgerust met wifi internet, verwarming en airconditioning. "Suite terras met uitzicht op Florence" is gelegen in een van de meest bezochte plaatsen van Florence in de uitlopers van Fort Belvedere in de buurt van de Boboli-tuinen, genieten van een uitzicht op de belangrijkste monumenten van de Dom van Florence , Palazzo Vecchio, Santa Croce, de Galleria degli Uffizi. Het appartement ligt op de vierde verdieping (geen lift) van een klein gebouw in een kalm en rustig, met alle voorzieningen, winkelcentra, bars, restaurants, banken gevraagd. Bright apartment at the second floor of our "painted house", a XV century building with a frescoed facade, unique in its kind. Perfect place to visit Florence (Ponte Vecchio is far 12' on foot), you can reach by car too being located just outside ZTL. The house is in front of the Boboli garden's entrance and it is close to Piazzale Michelangelo. This is the square where was filmed one scene of Dan Brown's "Inferno". Bright and comfortable apartment situated in the central and trendy area San Niccolò in a 14th century building called Palazzo Nasi Quaratesi. You will be staying in the heart of Florence but surrounded by gardens and trees in complete and utter peace and tranquility.The accomodation is located on the third and top floor of the building without a lift. Please note that there are approximately 60 steps to climb. Pets are welcome at Sara's place.

The Dante apartment is a comfortable two-room apartment and is located on the first floor of an elegant and ancient building, next to Piazza Santa Croce. Ideal location for visiting the city. It is composed of an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. A total restyling of the apartment was made in November 2019. During the pandemic it was closed and reopened in January 2023.
