A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

The cottage is next to our house and is a cosy, well equipped place to stay for either a commuter mid week or someone wanting to escape for country walks or bicycle rides. It has a small paved terrace for admiring the view. It is within a mile of Pitt Hall Barn, also close to Oakley Hall, Highclere Castle and Newbury Racecourse to name but a few. We can add an extra futon for a child in the single room so the whole space can fit a family of four.
