House is spotless, location sensational - can walk to Wooli Tavern and shops easily. Owners are accommodating, friendly and helpful with local tips (great tip on the good restaurants) it was a perfect stay for us. A larger family would also love this well designed property with big backyard, spa and basketball half court.

Our hosts had thought of everything from the supply of dog bowls, pristine dog beds and everything else you'd need for your beloved dog. Our dog Ivy was right at home from the moment she arrived. Our family had a wonderful Easter; the room layout suited us with our two adult children and their partners. The outdoor eating space allowed us to socialise in what is effectively the second living space, and the outdoor spa was a real treat after a long day of beach walks and relaxing. All beds were incredibly comfortable, plentiful hot water for showers and an easy walking distance to the beach and Somers General Store.

We had unexpected few accidents just prior to the date of check-in... Jane was very sympathetic and showed her kindness which eased my worries. Despite we had to miss the first night of our stay due to car trouble , Jane offered an early check-in for us as the house was ready for us. In addition, one of my senior little doggies got injured his neck day before the check-in... I had to cancel booking for doggies at doggies' carer as one of my senior doggies couldn't stand and walk due to his sharp pain around his neck.... I was aware that Jane's property wasn't pet friendly so I considered to cancel. Yet Jane organized a kind arrangement for us and doggies which made possible to go on our long weekend away after all the odds! We will be happy to stay at Jane's again;) Thank you for the compliment milk and serials. Kids loved them.

We loved our stay at Tea Tree Hill. It’s a cosy place, and beautifully furnished. It was an easy walk to the beach and just a short drive to the nearest supermarket. Dan was super helpful, responsive and welcomed our Labrador (house trained) who also loved the stay. Highly recommend Tea Tree Hill. Perfect for a peaceful escape away from hustle and bustle! This place was pure magic! Despite the strong winds we got, it remained peaceful, and our nights were warm, romantic, and beyond perfect. The setup was cozy and beautifully designed with spotless white bedding. If you're looking for a dreamy glamping escape, this is it!

Very nice and spacious property with well appointed kitchen and 2 very large indoor living areas as described. It was modern, clean. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of glassware, more than what we expected. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for large groups. Would book again for family reunions. Host is very responsive and flexible when possible.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Mauro on several occasions, and he’s consistently been exceptional. He’s incredibly responsive and provides accurate, extremely helpful information. The property itself is well-catered for, with excellent spaces and amenities. The spa and sauna are a must-try – they’re worth every penny! A wonderful quite secluded Cabin amongst natural bushland and wildlife such as wallabies and native birds. only 10min walk to the beach. Enjoyed having a charcoal BBQ in the undercover verandah and wood heater warmed the place up nicely. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, from amenities to local tips. A perfect stay in a perfect location. I’d absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Felt like staying with family, the house has everything. No detail was spared. The bath towels are soft and fluffy, the cupboards are full of games for the family to play, the Coffee machine was stocked with enough pods for our whole stay.

Girls & Dogs weekend trip , absolutely loved the place and Steven was very easy to deal with and communicate well. House was amazing spacious and clean on arrival all amenities in good working condition. Short walk to a beautiful beach , location was stunning. We enjoyed our stay at Jeremy’s and Hazel place. All of the activities we had planned were within a short drive. The house was comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The space is friendly for children with plenty of games and puzzles as well as the garden. We enjoyed having our meals on the balcony.

Helen's place was very clean and the outdoor area was huge. It was definitely well looked after we would love to stay here again the next time we come to Phillip Island.

A fantastic find. Great little house that we used as a base to explore the island. Main shopping / eating street in cowes is just around the corner so a very handy location. Narelle was very responsive and helpful. A great communicator. All in all a great stay for my elderly parents, my husband, 12 year old son and i. And our dog!!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Coast Nest, it felt like a home away from home. Very quiet surroundings, with the choice of two decks to sit with a cup of tea and listen to the native birds. Comfortable beds and couches. Was wonderful to be able to bring our dog on holiday too - 10 min walk to a fantastic dog beach. Thanks Heather!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Wendy's Place...Everything was as listed.Wendy was very helpful and we loved the early checkin and Wendy gave us a very late check out. Would recommend to anyone...Easy access to beach at end of street and our dog loved the beach.

We have stayed at Jodie's place 2 or 3 times now, my kids love it, we walk to the beach in the morning and if hot enough, pool for rest of the day. It has everything that suits us as a family including the oval and skate park across the road.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Great place to stay with kids. Playground is a little rundown but the kids didn’t seem to mind. Perfect location, walking distance to the beach and cafes. Enjoyable stay.

Everything was as described. Equipment was really good. Great facilities. Spotless and extremely comfortable. Definitely worth a revisit in the future.

Carola’s place is in a private & quiet corner of the resort close to the pool. The unit is very clean and functional with all the necessities provided, including a bath (which wasn’t in the listing, so a welcome surprise for our toddler). The resort is quite fun for kids, with pools and games rooms and a kart track. A lovely place to stay- highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Lawri's house! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for morning strolls and sunset views. But the real standout was the indoor heated pool. It’s huge, clean, and made our stay feel like a private resort experience. We ended up spending most of our time relaxing in and around the pool, no matter the weather outside. The house itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a beach retreat with a luxurious twist!

Kris’s place is a hidden gem with everything you need! We stayed for 3 nights with our 4 children, and this place truly exceeded our expectations. It ticked all the boxes for a perfect family getaway. The location was ideal—just a short walk to both the beach and the town centre, making it super convenient for our daily outings. The accommodation was thoughtfully equipped with kids’ activities and all the utensils we needed, which made our stay hassle-free. We also enjoyed the pool and gym facilities, a great bonus since we spent most of our days sightseeing. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay!
