You’ll love this house as much as we do. It's close to the beach, and there are sea views from the stunning outdoor deck with ample space for entertaining. Located in calm and quiet Ventnor and only a 5 min drive to all Phillip Island has to offer. Perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) as well as furry friends with a fully fenced back yard to keep them safe. We have games, movies and Apple TV. All linen is supplied and there is a cosy fireplace for the colder months.

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.
