This stylish and completely self-contained suite of rooms in a Grade II* listed townhouse includes a sitting room (with hospitality area), quiet bedroom and bathroom. Please note there's no kitchen, but there is a fridge, kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery for light meals. It has its own private entrance and is superbly located just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Bath.

The Cowshed

The Cowshed is a fully self contained property with its own entrance and includes one car parking space on our private driveway. It is an annexe which has been newly renovated. We have recently given this space a new lease of life by re-decorating the main living area, bathroom and bedroom. It also comes with a fully refurnished kitchen along with all new appliances excluding dishwasher & washing machine. Situated in the village of Farmborough, only 8 miles from Bath and Bristol City Centre.

The flat is 2 minutes walk from the Circus, 5 minutes walk from the Royal Crescent. Great cafes, wine bars and restaurants are on the doorstep, it’s a short walk to shops.
