Fun condo with pool great for spring and summer

Beautifully updated vacation condo with gas fireplace perfect for winter escape. Close to Lake Michigan and all of the fun activities Saugatuck-Douglas has to offer. Less than 1 mile to Lake Michigan. Close to Douglas and Oval Beaches. Relax on your own front porch or walk a few steps to Isabel’s, a wonderful eatery right on site. One bedroom one bath with a cozy gas fireplace. Additional sleeping for two on pull out couch in the living room. Close to bike path to downtown.

The Captain’s Lakeshore Retreat - Beach Access

Relax with the entire family at this peaceful retreat with beach access to the shore of Lake Michigan right in your back yard. Built by the president of Chris-Craft in the 50's, this home was constructed to look and feel like the cabin of a ship. Fully updated, it still retains its rich history & unique features. The backyard offers a huge space for family fun with a stunning backdrop of Lake Michigan. There are two decks and 60 stairs providing access to enjoy the beach.

Short walk to Pier Cove, a small public beach. West County Park, a larger public beach, is 1 mile away. From the house you have a view of Lake Michigan and sunsets 3/4 of the year. Gas & charcoal grills provided. Enjoy the "woodsy" large backyard at the firepit with roomy benches and chairs. Firewood available for the firepit and inside fireplace. Short drive to Saugatuck and Douglas. 4 Curser bikes provided. (October to mid-May check out is 6PM.)

The Cottage at The Mill District

Everything inside and outside the cottage was recently remodeled including a brand new bathroom. You and your guests will love the well manicured property. My place is within walking distance to everything Saugatuck has to offer, great restaurants, art center, water. Just 5 minutes by car to the beach. You’ll love my place because of the relaxing atmosphere, comfy furniture, fully equipped kitchen, private, inviting outdoor spaces, and a hot tub. My place is good for anyone; couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
