I had an amazing time staying here. It’s a very cute studio apartment with lots of charm. Our host was excellent and was always there if i had any questions or concerns and was very friendly and polite. We loved the place so much we even stayed an extra night!!

Great place, nice neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from all your needs and owner was timely respectful and responsive. Place was clean and comfortable and quiet. 100% would go back again.

As a first time air BNBer I was very impressed with everything. This host was so nice and answered my questions right away! My guests and I loved the shower! And the river right outside was amazing 😍 just wish it had been warmer outside lol I definitely would love to go back in the warmer months!

Was the perfect dog friendly place I needed to visit family for Thanksgiving. An old, large Victorian house from Bay City’s lumber boom days split into several apartments. A cool building if you’re into that kind of thing. It was exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Laundry in the basement I noticed which would be helpful for longer stays. I would stay again.

The stay at Terri's place was wonderful. It was extremely close to highways and all the main stores which made the stay very convenient. He kept the home very clean and made checking in and out easy. Would definitely recommed a stay!

Everything about it was perfect. Comfortable beds, peaceful settings, and beautiful decorations. I could have sat by the water and watched the birds for hours. Will definitely be back!

Cindy’s place was wonderful - comfortable, convenient and clean - a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Cindy was immediately responsive when we had a question, and she had recommendations for local sites to enjoy. The garage was a plus because the weather was cold and windy. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for enjoying appetizers and dinner. My family and I really felt at home - it was the perfect home away from home, and at a reasonable price. I hope to return! We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Communication was quick and helpful, and the host’s thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great little house for a weekend away. Super close to State Park, restaurants & lake.

After a long drive in the property was easy to find! Upon going inside it was clean, organized and everything you need and clutter free. The fenced in backyard and garage were great amenities that made this property standout. Will be back in the future for sure

My husband and some friends were in town for a wedding, and had a really lovely stay here! The place looks just like the photos -- spotless and well furnished, but also has character and beautiful old wood floors. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the bathroom is quite nice. The whole place is really lovely, tasteful, and comfortable, and not at all cheaply done like many other Airbnbs. We were really pleased with our stay and I would highly recommend Shawna's place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay and a great deal in Bay City.

Ron was great, we stayed for ice fishing and it is a perfect location. Ron even let us use the pole barn for cleaning fish. Will definitely be back.
