A wonderfully private, secret location, upon arrival met by Lea, who was a very happy easy going style person who immediately made us feel comfortable. Peter arrived shortly after and again a very easy going, down to earth person who was easy to talk with. They impressed that they were available at anytime if we needed. Follow up on the day of leaving was excellent with clear messages.. we have no doubt that we will visit again.

We had a great stay! The bedding was super comfortable, which was perfect after a long day driving along the Great Ocean Road. Melissa was very responsive and helpful throughout. I’d definitely stay again – such a lovely house, ideal for a getaway with family or friends.

A warm and welcoming host, very communicative and caring. Lovely place just as described, with plenty to do nearby, easy to find with a gorgeous view to sit and relax with a glass of wine. It was beautiful to hear the ocean sounds at dusk and our toy cavoodle enjoyed the walks at the beach and lovely grass areas. Bedding was very comfortable and the tv entertainment was great. We spent a couple of nights at Richard and Elisha’s cottage on our way home to Melbourne from Adelaide. It felt a bit like being in the outback, with the sound of surf on the beach not far away. It’s ’rustic chic’ or similar. Everything we needed was there, comfy bed, good aircon (it was hot!) inc a welcome bottle of wine. Only 20kms to Portland and similar distance to BudjBim NP. No pub or cafés close, so take what you need for breakfast etc. Thanks for having us.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was welcoming and comfortable, with all the amenity you need for a short or longer stay. It was too cold for us to use the pool but the open fire place and spa bath were both highlights. We loved exploring the farm and helping with the sheep and chickens and our dog had an amazing time running around the property. This house offers the best of both worlds - private bush surrounds but only 5 mins into Lorne for the beach and restaurants! Jack and Hayley were fantastic with communication - super responsive and accommodating! We also really appreciated meeting Jenny and Peter and their hospitality during our stay. Highly recommend and we look forward to booking again in the future!

Our stay at Lorraine’s place was well worth it…clean, spacious, comfortable…short distance driving to local attractions, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others.
