A very cosy and bright apartment in the heart of Prčanj, a picturesque village of the UNESCO Heritage Site Bay of Kotor. The apartment offers a panoramic view of the bay (This is just, WOW!) and a spacious private terrace allows you to enjoy the moment. There is a shared swimming pool at your disposal. Free parking is in front of the building. It takes you only 5 minutes on foot to access the waterfront and dive in. There are also various authentic restaurants and a shop within walking distance.

The apartment is 150 meters from the beach and 15 minutes walking to the Old town, witch is under UNESCO protection. The apartment is very comfortable with equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and private parking place. Market, bakeries, fast-foods are located nearby and taxi/bus station, too. Hospital and pharmacy are 50 meters from the house. Airports distance: Tivat 5km, Podgorica 40km and Cilipi (Croatia) 42km. The place is very quite. Apartment has big terrace with beautiful sea view.

Spend your stay in all luxury in our penthouse. Beautiful sea and city view, a huge terrace with jacuzzi, sunbeds and a seating area. Prepare dinner on the gas bbq. Perfect for groups and families as we have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A seating area where you can pull out the sofa as an extra bed. Centrally located near the narrowest street ‘Pušti me proć’ or ‘Let me pass’ which is only 80 cm wide. Hidden from the crowded squares and busy souvenir shops, this street has become a great tourist attraction. The entrance to the St. John's Fortress is only a minute away. The view of the bay of Boka from the top is astonishing.
